McDonald’s

Since I have to give one star and this can’t be zero stars, this place is pathetic! You have one person working doing everything! It is 6 am. Why don’t you have a shift working? So sad.

Oh my gosh. I traveled through CVG on business and this McDonalds has to be the worst on planet earth. Apart from the restaurant being physically dirty and unappetizing… The employees were sluggish and slow, appearing to hate their jobs and life itself. I waited 10 plus minutes for an order of fries.
At some point while I was waiting, I saw one of the girls attempt to scoop my fries, only to have another more «senior» looking employee take it from her hand, dump it out, and proceed to tell her that I was AFTER the people who ordered a big order in front of me, and I should wait until they were served first.
So sad to see McDonalds go down the drain like this, it actually used to be a normal family establishment for normal people. Now it’s just a place where sad people work and where sad people go to eat.

Run! It’s one of the last places open at the Cincinnati airport! Bolt down a #2 with a Coke before you scramble to your 20-​minute layover. HURRY!

I have traveled through CVG for years. The McD’s here is an ideal location for concourse B. But the service here remains the same. SLOW. The food is what you’d expect. No surprise. However, the service is so disappointing. The store is in an airport. Where is the surprise for the employees and management? People are on the move and have planes to catch. I have said and still say these (all?) McD’s employees and managers should make a trip to the NYC Times Square McD’s. They know what fast food is all about: consistent product served quickly.

Normally I would avoid McDonalds but being stuck in the airport I tried them remembering those French fries I have loved in the past. The service was good as there were only a few customers. The Quarter Pounder with cheese meal was reasonable, tasty, and the fries are just sooo good. Not all that bad, I’d say.

Most efficient McDonald’s ever! The food is normal McD’s food but their service is super speedy. Gotta watch out though, they charge for extra sauce.

For airport food, it’s more or less a staple. Located in B Terminal at CVG near the Delta flights, this McDonald’s was busy, and there were plenty of customers there. They were polite enough to ask what sauce I wanted, but were out of the soft serve for the day already at 4p… disappointed there.
