Extremely slow service, doesn’t matter how many people are in line or time of day. No sense of urgency for the customer. Always understaffed too. Hardly worth it although there really isn’t anywhere else to go for coffee in Hebron.

There aren’t a lot of places to get a cup of coffee in this area — this Starbucks is located inside a Kroger Grocery store.
Two employees were working, I was promptly served. I ordered a tall dark roast coffee with room for cream. Coffee was delicious!

Prospect, KY
When I finally got my coffee it was fine. I take issue when the employee decided to continue gossiping and discussing schedules (2 separate convos) with another in store employee (Kroger) while filling their private mug. I was second in line and the young lady in front of me was equally and visibly annoyed. After she served the woman in front of me, the employee (Kroger) came back and the Starbucks employee again served him by adding flavored syrup or whatever to his private mug before even acknowledging me. Never again!

Its a typical starbucks in a Kroger!
One thing atypical about this place is baristas are very nice and friendly compared to any other Kroger I have been to. May be I was there too early in the day and they might also get a little non-​chalant after they get tired!
