This review is about pharmacy.
Luckily, I don’t have a ton of experience filling prescriptions, and today was the first time using my new insurance card.
Unfortunately, there was a minor issue on my insurer’s side, but my Walgreen’s associate, Kris, was phenomenal. She took a lot of time to call my insurer, sort it out and had the funniest, sunniest disposition. It didn’t take long at all, and she got it handled so efficiently– setting me up in the Walgreen’s system and making this experience as painless as possible.
After a long day in the hospital, I was so comforted that
I got my prescription with relative ease. Plus the time to get the actual prescription filled was minimal– no more than 5 – 7 minutes. I can’t say enough about Kris, and what great customer service I received in pharmacy. Very affordable and luckily, I think I spent more money on some toiletries I bought additionally.
The location was very well-​lit and clean in the waiting area we sat in. Very high praise for a great visit today.
