Hot Spot in Hector New York! Great Food! Very Friendly Staff and a true homey experience near Seneca Lake north of Watkiins Glen… The home fries were amazing and Chuck cooks them with five different spices, the homemade jam was delicious… Toni’s is a great breakfast choice for the locals and anyone passing through the area… Will be back again!

Stopped in on a visit to Watkins Glen… Great food, nice people. Everything is homemade. Exactly what we were looking for! I was there with a group of 6 and we all were happy with our meals. The house hot sauce is tasty and unique.

Good home cooked breakfast. Liked the home fries as they were chunked instead of sliced. Omelette are folded with ingredients inside instead of mixed in. Much better this way.

We arrived around 9:15am and the place was packed. We waited a few minutes and got seats at the bar. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive. But… it was worth it! Everything was so delicious. I had the omelette, white toast, home fries, and biscuits with gravy. It was all perfect and home cooked. Even something so simple as toast was amazing! I highly recommend stopping in for breakfast.

You could easily miss this place since it’s just of the main road(route 414). I had an awesome french toast breakfast with bacon and eggs for 8 bucks. My wife and I plan to return.

An absolute must visit for breakfast. Adorable hometown feel. Everyday food done as a diner should do it: 2 eggs scrambled or sunny side up, ham slice was 1 inch thick, French toast was delicious. Coffee was perfectly strong but not overpowering. Friendly husband and wife team. Many locals chatting and eating in the morning. Great prices!

Breakfast… we needed substance and didn’t expect this treat when we stopped! Cute place, small inside and full when we arrived so we ate at the bar. Both had sausage gravy and biscuit. Just enough. Got an order of home fries to share and asked for hot sauce. They bottle their own and it’s amazing! You must try! Will return when we have the opportunity for sure!

A bunch of friends and I were traveling through town and were just trying to find somewhere to have breakfast. We found this place on Unilocal and were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly. The food was delicious. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The bread wasn’t your typical thin, pre-sliced, mass produced variety, it was more like fresh bakery baked, thick slices. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will come back again next time we’re in the area!

Charming diner, with friendly service, and the food is totally as expected. Simple, but well-prepared. Weekdays, breakfast finishes at 11:30, and being late risers, we settled for the lunch menu. Good quality, and definitely worth a return visit. We had a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich and a dressed cheeseburger. Coffee was also good, and bottomless. The breakfast menu is also simple, and attractive.

Fresh baked bread daily for french toast. Homemade corn beef hash. Pancakes are light fluffy and very good. This is a hidden gem that the locals all frequent. No fancy menu but the food is amazing. We will be back.

This place knows exactly what it is and that makes it so much better, I was about to hit the wine trail and wanted a quick east breakfast, and this place delivered. The food was good, the service was fast and friendly and it loved the atmosphere. it’s is absolutely a «local’s only» type place, but they were friendly and welcoming all the same. If you are fitting a few vineyards and need a quick bite to eat, this is the place for you!

This is where the locals go for a traditional American breakfast. Only open for breakfast and lunch, the service is fast and the food is affordable. Homemade bread. It is located right behind the Dandy Mart on highway 414, on the way to Red Newt. This place is an American Classic.
