Foods pretty good, but these guys are not fast at all. I literally set in the drive thru for 25 min being brought my food and then had to go back and wait on a sandwich that was left out another 10 min. This really puts damper on my happy Sunday.

This place is hit or miss, but with a majority of the time a miss. On several occasions I’ve driven off from feeling like: «what kinda service was that». I’ve also left, and later checked my bag to notice food missing. The only reason I stop here is because it’s the only Hardee’s coming into Alabama from Georgia on I-20. Hardee’s is a great company, but the service at this location needs improvement

This Hardee’s is at exit 199 on I20. Only a block from the interstate. Staff was very friendly. My Locarb burger was delicious. Perfect amount of lettuce and cooked perfectly. Martin got the mushroom 1⁄3 Swiss cheese burger combo. He said that his was good. Plenty of fries! Not able to eat them all. Will go back again! We love a Hardee’s!

Rolling East on I-20 I saw a sign for a Hardees /Red Burrito… Never heard of a Red Burrito unless you count one that I picked up at on of those roadside«Stop & Rob» gas stations. the restaurant was clean. The service was friendly and since I the whole Red Burrito concept was new to me I went with a combo. The plate was full of food, the re-fried beans came encased in a soft tortilla shell, the burrito was average in taste but larger than most of what the other Mexican chains offer. I don’t think I would seek out one of these combo locations again but if I was driving by I wouldn’t be opposed to stopping in.

The food is on bar with most fast food but the service usually SUCKS. If they have what you order do not count on them getting it right. If you are hungry and can not wait or it is late night I guess it will work.
