Little Cherub

Absolutely LOOOVE this place! My son no longer goes here because he’s of school age now. But if I still lived in San Antonio, my 3-​year old would be going here. The teachers are wonderful! Their rates are so affordable as well!

All the ‘bad’ reviews are not reviewing anything about the actual CARE that your child gets while staying here. I have two children here, my 6 month old and my 19 month old. They have been going to this daycare for three months and it has been a delight. Their spots had opened up at another high-​end daycare but I gave them up and will keep them at Little Cherub only because the directors and teachers are so good with ALL the kids. When I look at day cares — I look at the children in them. Are they happy? Are they comfortable? Are they getting along? Are they able to speak their minds? The Little Cherub is a family and I am so happy that my children and I are apart of it. My husband and I have no worries when it comes to our children being here — which is a big step for me. When my son first started coming here he would not take the bottle and his teachers and the director did all they could to help my son and myself, they made it easier for the transition. My son still has a hard time with the bottle so I go during lunch to feed him and so i am in and out of this daycare on a regular basis — not ONCE have I seen any type of rule being broken or child being mistreated. This is probably the 9^th daycare I have used (I also have a 6 year old) — and this is THE best one so far. It’s not perfect, but it’s full of love and care and that’s all that matters to me and my family.

Do not take your child here. This center is not professional (do not get to you when you call), no clear procedures about ratios or age limits on part-​time childcare, has staff that barely speaks English and a director that does not even know what is going on in any of the rooms (she struggled through our tour of the place when I asked her about the curriculum and schedules of activities). Your child deserves better than this place!
