I called for an estimate and they were out very quickly. I had a small project, my patio and chimney had been leaking. Josh came out and was very pleasant. I accepted the estimate on the spot. Their schedule would not allow them to start for about 1 month. About 2 weeks prior to the projected date Josh called and confirmed and gave an update on how things were looking. They actually were able to start a day early.
The were very meticulous about clean up. There was also a final inspection by another person and he also cleaned up a few things I missed and used the magnet for nails again. I have never had a follow up after a roof had been completed before. I appreciated that. I would use them again.

So… I complained to the manager Paul when they returned to my house and they have completely redeemed themselves! Fernando and Paul have apologized profusely and kept me in the loop 100%. They are still working on my house but so far I’m very happy with the way they have turned around.
