We just had take-out beef dip sandwiches. The rolls were hard and stale and the meat was dry and old tasting. Perhaps they make the sandwiches ahead of time and keep them warm until ther’re sold. Whatever the case may be, these sandwiches were a big disappointment. So bad we couldn’t finish eating them. I recommend you check your food closely before you leave the store to be sure it’s fresh!

You know, I do have to say, that Arby’s is definitely one of my faves. This particular location is great. They recently did some nice renovations inside, customer service is always friendly and Roast Beef with Arby’s sauce is the way to go! Drive thru line can be a wait and they are on the expensive side so it’s more of a treat to go here.

The nice young lady who helped me at the register i bellieve her name was Jelica i forgot how it was spelt but she was so sweet. Great all around worker. Right now they have a pumpkin cheesecake shake and its sooo amazing I think you all need to try it. I cant wait to come back and get a large one haha we just got smalls. Great service great arby’s food and it was very nicely decorated and very clean. We had a great time tonight. Thanks yall!

I am livid! Tonight, I drove through the Arbys restaurant in Hemet on Florida and ordered 3 mid-sized roast beef sandwiches. What I got instead was 3 regular sandwiches with less than 2 ounces of beef, even though I paid for the larger size. I attempted to call the restaurant since I live in Sun City and the first call was not answered. On the second call, I finally got through to a woman who insisted I drive back to Hemet with the sandwiches. Since it was 45 minutes after I ordered the sandwiches and at least 20 minutes to drive back, I was not about to drive the distance back to Arbys. I have been ripped off! I will dispute the credit card charge and will never eat at an Arbys restaurant again… the restaurant that charges for meat but doesn’t give you the meat!

Arbys food is the same across the board. This review is for the service. Went through the drive thru and Wesley was our server. He was friendly and professional. He told me our order would be ready in about 2 – 3 minutes due to the chicken. I said okay. Less than 2 minutes later he came back and said it was almost done and asked us if we would like water. There were 3 of us in the car, I said sure we will take one. He said«just one are you sure«I said«yes». Thank you for not making us pull to the parking lot. I detest being asked to pull over.

Arbys just isn’t what it used to be. When I was a kid Arby’s used to make their sandwiches piled high now the meet is cut so thin it only has one side. It has no flavor at all. Too bad.

I am addicted to Arby’s food. It is always hot and fresh. The Classic Roast Beef, French Dip and the Grand Turkey Club are my favorite. I have also tried the Turkey Ranch and Bacon and Turkey and Swiss, which come on thick, soft slices of bread and are huge, they are a great healthy lunch option since I really can only eat half. When I am feeling indulgent I like to order the Kings Hawaiian BBQ Brisket or the Angus Three Cheese and Bacon. For the Brisket, they don’t have pickles any more which is disappointing, but the bread and BBQ sauce plays well together. However I’m excited that it’s lent right now, because I am always surprised how good the fish is. Its a giant, crispy, flaky filet with a really great tarter. I always order it with extra tarter. The sides are a tough choice. You gotta love the curly fries but the onion rings are well-breaded and crispy and the Jalapeño bites with cream cheese and bronco berry sauce have yet to be beat. The potatoes cakes are also excellent and Arby’s serves mozzarella sticks with one of the best marinara sauces in fast food. We don’t have a lot of healthy places to get lunch in Hemet and so I really love coming here. As for price, its about average.

The most positive thing I can say is that the diet Pepsi was great! Between the overpriced & sloppy food preparation & crappy window service the visit was a disaster. The food presented had no remote resemblance to the food pictured in ads & everything tastes like fried baloney! Which is ok if you like fried baloney. No offer of ketchup or the horsey sauce & it borders on evil to charge $.59 for a teeny tiny ounce(if that) of cheese. Now I remember why I haven’t been here in years even though it’s around the corner from home. I won’t forget again. Yuck! Didn’t even mean to give 1 star — should be rated MINUS stars.

Save your money, don’t buy the new apple crisp. I love apple crisp. Sadly, Arby’s apple crisp had no apples and it wasn’t crisp. Will never get it again.

Love Arbys but really you charge xtra for arby sauce that maybe cost 3 cents. I mean thats good and all to charge for salad dressing but ketchup and arbys sauce thats a little extreme. Especially when we order the max and I love dipping the potato cakes in sauce. Not sure if all arbys do this but this one does

Food is always good and clean inside dining room. But I refuse that a company would rather stand and argue over a extra sauce packet than actually just giving it to you is beyond me. The person at the window was going as far to explain bonuses they receive the less sauce is given. I get it and then I don’t sir just give me the sauce… I won’t be back not worth the speech

Went here again, and it still holds up! Food quality is still pretty great. The only thing that I think could use some slight attention is their setup for napkins/etc. I really want to be able to get my own napkins. Also, a bit more attention to the actual assembly of the food. Other than that, still really great. Now I’m hungry.

So I just had my yearly visit at Arby’s, I have to say the beef n cheddar I had last night was quite delicious, maybe I was starving, but it was freakin good and hit the spot. I might reconsider going twice a year, let’s play it by ear, but 4 stars just for last night, yum!

Today is a day to honor are service men & women and the only business in the town NOT flying the American Flag is Arby’s, when I ask inside why I was given three different excuses, ie: it was dirty, it was torn, we can’t find it There is NO excuse to not have at least 2 flags on hand at all times, this is a disgrace to the military as well as the United States.

Great beef and cheddar sandwich and good service. Costs a bit more than most fast food joints, but the quality food makes up for that.

Why why whyyy must I feel the need to try something NEW when I already know that what I like is tasty and filling?! I tried the jr. buffalo chicken sandwich today :(I should have known by the $ 1 price that it was going to be a poor excuse for a sandwich. And it was. Really sloppy, with shredded lettuce. Shredded! There was hardly any buffalo flavor, and in the middle of the chicken was a black, unbiteable piece so I just left the remainder of the sandwich alone. So, here’s what I think about you, Arby’s: You’ve done well at hiring a friendly staff. A fast staff on the other hand? Unfortunately not. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive thru, with only 2 people ahead of me. Also, I don’t know what’s going on with fast food restaurants these days, maybe it’s just me. But 90% of my drive-thru visits, I am waiting for the employee to state through the mic«order when you’re ready». Instead, I’m greeted by an automated system asking me if I want to try the«latest and greatest» special, and I immediately reply with no thank you, then wait… then wait some more… until nobody asks me what I’d like. I don’t want to ASSUME that someone is there on the other end, so it would be kind to ask me as the customer what I’d like to order. Your jalapeño poppers/bites, your beef & cheese sandwiches, and your Market Fresh sandwiches are great(bacon and ranch MF sandwich is yummy!).
