Came here once before and the customer service was horrible. The girls that work there are extremely rude. This time wasn’t any different. It was a different girl but I still received the same horrible customer service. Will never ever come back.

Good ice cream, it wasn’t icy like the other Baskin-Robbins on Stetson, so it’s better.

This Baskin Robbins needs to go out of business until they get a supply of ice cream hot fudge cherries and everything else that goes with ice cream I can’t believe not even 9 o’clock at night and they’re out of all most everything who’s running the place they should have closed the doors long time ago

For the past month, they have been out of half their flavors in the freezer, and their prepackaged quarts and pre-made cakes and pies areas are completely bare. I kept going back, hoping they’d restock their quarts but they haven’t. Terrible. Given up on this place. A shame too, since a few months ago they were on point.

Awful customer service. The lady behind the counter treated me like I was an inconvenience to her and didn’t make getting ice cream a nice experience at all. I asked to try a few flavors as I was buying more than one. She was short with me and told me I can only try three… There was a promotion where the waffle cone comes free with two scoops advertised, but when i asked for it on the side so my cone wouldn’t be soggy once it got home, she said if it was on the side it was not free. Not only that but she had to charge me 33 cents for the extra bowl. Also the waffle cones were not wrapped and she cross contaminated them after handling money and touching them with her bare hands. Her attitude made me hope I never visit this location again.

I’m completely disappointed with the customer service here which I experienced last week. It was my grandpa’s 93rd birthday and my husband and I were coming to visit. I called BR to place an order for a cake since ice cream is his favorite. I got put on hold twice and then proceeded to tell the guy what I wanted as I looked at the online order form. I asked him if the smallest size for the cone cake was a 6″ like the website stated and he said“yes”. I also reiterated twice that I would be there the next day at 11:00 and since I was calling 24hours ahead, would it be done. Again he said, «yes». After having some difficulties with him understanding what name I wanted on the cake I hung up a little apprehensive of the order I just placed. Fast-forward to 11:10 the next day I show up and first he asks for a receipt, don’t have one. Takes awhile looking for the order form/cake and comes back to tell me it’s not finished! They were busy yesterday is the reason I get. Don’t want to be harsh, but not my problem. Then I’m told the person who does the decorating isn’t there yet. Okay?! But she’s pulling into the parking lot. She shows me the unfinished cake and it’s a mini! Like one person cake! When I say that’s not what I ordered she said that the guy there took the order. He blames me and says that’s the size I said! Excuse me, it’s not even listed online as an option. But nothing seems to be his fault. Now the only option I have is to get an already made cake with a different flavor and design and no personalization! I have no chose but to get the one and only small cake available. The lady was apologizing the whole time. I ask for the managers information. The guy proceeds to talk about me before I finish pushing open the door to exit! Very unprofessional! I call a day later and after trying to track down the manager, Raj, without success, I leave my information for him to call me… a week later and I’ve received no call. Don’t give them you’re business! Hopefully my grandpa lives another year so I can get him a cake he will actually like!

The bf had asked me to pick up a quart of cookies and cream on my way home from work, so I was thankful to find a location near my new job site. The store was in a strange angle so I drove right past it at first. There was a sign out front saying the grand re-opening was for March 29th. This is a chain, so most stores will keep up with the franchise standard. The store was clean and fully stocked with ice cream cakes and pre-packed quarts. The staff consisted of a mother and daughter duo. Both were friendly, but the mother muttered something in her language under her breath when the other customer and I handed them our credit cards as payment. The daughter did not respond. I am also bilingual and speak a different language, but when I am around others who do not speak or understand my native language, I just use English. If I had to guess, I would say the mother was complaining about both sales being paid for with plastic. I have noticed lately that business owners frown upon plastic payment because they have to pay a fee. It is a fact of life if you want people’s business. Either suck it up or charge a small fee or just accept cash only.

Well, it’s not the best part of town and it’s a bit cramped. But the employees are nice and helpful, and it was clean. The ice cream is yummy and that’s what’s important. But I wish they had a more readily available supply of napkins. Or maybe that was just me being messy. So I give them the benefit of the doubt.
