I had Big T come out a few months ago. Big T did a great job, he was professional, quick and did an excellent job. Prices are great as well. I am about to call him again for another cleaning service because of how well he did the first time.

I’ve been using Big T carpet cleaning services for years. I have kids, pets, and I work at a school which means messes and crafts are constantly following me home. He has managed to get up every pet stain he’s come up against, every kid spill and even the dried up play dough and neon green slime stuck into the carpet. I have him do my carpets one to two times a year for preventive maintenance and its payed off. It’s great because I don’t have to buy a lot of expensive carpet cleaning solutions or whatever to clean up or keep up things between carpet cleanings. I just use hot water and things come up easily. He’s quick and and exceptionally priced. I’ve rented the rug doctors and even bought carpet cleaners in the past but none of them got the deep clean that I get with Big T’s services. I now sit, eat, play with my kids, and craft without fear. Whatever messes life brings our way they will find a way to get it out of my carpet!

So of course when you have the carpet cleaned. the furniture looks dirty so I had to have Todd come out again and clean my sofa. Wow! look at the difference in the color of my sofa. thank you again Todd on-​time, professional, fantastic job!

Big T’s was referred by a friend. Todd did a fantastic job. It had been several years since I last had my carpet cleaned and some areas were pretty embarrassing with heavy soil. Todd really surprised me by making my 7 year old carpet look nearly new.
