Great local place to shop! Took my FSC here. People are willing to help and are very knowledgable. Great suggestions on shooting ranges nearby. Inventory looked low when I was shopping but the owner assured me he could order the gun I wanted.

The owner is very polite and knows his stuff when it comes to fire arms, and when it comes to outdoor equipment he is knows what you need. He doesn’t try to sell you junk but instead asks what are your want and what your intentions are, then tries to come up with a good idea of what you need. Ask about the gun ranges he knows good spots and is willing to make recommendations. Wonderful person and polite.

Went to look at some guns and came out with a lot of information, these guys know their stuff. Their prices were not bad either, we’ll be back.

These guys are top of the line in product and industry knowledge and in customer service. I love to support small businesses such as BJ Sporting Goods. I hope they stay in business forever!

Would give them more stars if I could!!! These guys are helpful, awesome & honest sold me guns based on my needs not price!!! Selection is as needed they can order any gun that is ca legal and or on the roster!!! Previously purchased 2 guns currently purchasing our 3^rd will be back again & again

Until the present nationwide shortage of firearms and ammo, I was a regular customer of BJ’s, which boasted a great selection of handguns and rifles. Excellent, knowledgable and friendly staff. Will be patronizing them again once the market gets back to a semblance of normalcy!

Went in for a private party transfer. I was transferring a gun to my friend and he was transferring his gun to me. Garrett and Levi extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They were fast with the paperwork. Had a minimal amount of firearms to choose from but considering the times, everyone is low on selection. I’ll do business here again. Private Party Transfer was $ 35, I’ve found comparable or more expensive at other places but not cheaper than this. I’ll come here again for business.

EXCELLENT customer service each and every time! We always try and shop here first for all of our outdoor needs. Yes it is a mom & pop, so guess what people they aren’t going to have everything you want each and every time… but guess what… a little patience and loyalty and they will probably order it for you.

Just pitiful. I was looking to purchase a firearm. I have lived in Hemet all my life and remember buying a lot of sporting goods and hunting and fishing equipment at BJ’s when I was young. Unfortunately when I walked into the store recently to browse the gun selection. I was really disappointed to see that the rifle and shotgun racks were nearly empty! I mean like 5 guns in the racks. The handgun selection was even worse! like 3 new and 3 used handguns! In the whole store! Nobody greeted me or said a word as I entered the store. Not because it was overwhelmingly busy, I assure you. I could hear the crickets chirping it was so dead in there. After standing there for a minute without so much as a hello from anyone, I knew that I was going to be going to The Shootist in Murrieta to shop. Very very disappointing. By the looks of it, I would guess that BJ’s is going the way of the dodo and will soon be extinct.

Garett and the other people that work here have knowledge in the firearms they sell, and provide excellent customer service, Also they have items that are cheaper than Wal Mart and Big 5! Also a varied selection in ammo and guns!

BJ Sporting Goods is a great place to get older scouting gear that the council stores no longer carry. The staff is helpful. They carry letterman jackets for the local high schools.
