Buffalo Wild Wings

Came here yesterday, and it was terrible. Some of the staff were horrible. Our waitress was terrible she didn’t even offer me if I would like another refill until towards the end she gave me water which I didn’t even ask for water then our food took foreverrrr almost 2 hours. it was just the worst experience I have ever had. I don’t recommend this place at all! Oh and don’t try the Thai curry wings. one word Disgusting!!!

I’m still here as I type. They are so slow got our order wrong 3 times & the girl at the front is so rude and inattentive

Not sure of its a new GM but we’ve been here several times before and never had the manager ask how our experience was, it was a nice gesture. The wings were good, the customer service was great so I was surprised by some of the other reviews; several different servers came by the table asking if we needed anything or how we were doing so we were well taken care of.
Our only complaint on a very busy Saturday night was the cleanliness. There was food on the floor that easily could and should have been picked up but never was. Again, very busy night but there was plenty of staff and some should have been assigned to picking up celery and carrot sticks off the floor. No one came by to clear our table that was filled with tubs of chicken bones, napkins and dishes that were clearly done being picked over.
I probably would have given a 4^th star if the clearing had been done of our table but no half stars and no clean up so 3 stars this time. Assuming they know their customers are probably going to hang around a bit watching the end of the game, or the next round in the fight, or the last quarter of the game, a little order would be appreciated and would go a long way towards a higher review especially with the great service we had.

Each time I have been here the service is less than exciting. I always have to ask about our order and the people act like you’re bothering them. I really hope they fix that so I can come back during nfl season

I’ve been here a lot of times in the past but it’s been a long time. Well after tonight I’m sorry to say I have to share my experience with the horrible customer service. I believe our waiters name was Pierre. When we first arrived he tossed our menus on the table and went to walk away without saying a thing. I had to yell and ask for a water as he was leaving. He drops off the water and leaves again without asking if we wanted to order or anything. We sat there for awhile and he didn’t come back even though he walked by the table multiple times. so finally I stopped him and asked if I could place an order and he said no because our friend had gone to the bathroom. I thought that was strange but I assured him that I would be on my own tab and he then said that he didn’t want to have to deal with walking back and forth putting in orders and would rather wait till our friend came back. What the heck! I didn’t understand why he was being so lazy and rude about it. My other friend that I was with let him know that the guy (her boyfriend) who went to the restroom wasn’t going to be getting anything and the waiter then said are you sure and she said yes. He then said again that he would rather wait till our friend came back so he could ask him himself. I was just about to lose it when our friend came back and I just said okay well he’s here now so can I order. I then ordered the Kona on tap. Saying Kona longboard instead of the big wave and I swear this guy looked at me like I was and idiot saying umm the what?! With so much attitude in his voice. I corrected myself saying sorry you guys don’t have the longboard it’s the big wave. He rolled his eyes and took my order. He brought our drinks and checked on us one time as he was walking by. Worst waiter I’ve ever had. Just because you don’t like your job or you’re having a bad day doesn’t mean you have to take it out on the guests. I would like to say that the times I’ve been here in the past have been pleasant but this experience was so bad I’m giving a two star. If I decide to go back to this location then maybe I will change my ranking. I honestly don’t think I’ll be returning though.

Always place an order for pickup, and the wings have been delicious. I always get help right away when I go.

Gotta love the Nacho burger! The service was superb! Greeted from the entrance, asked if we wanted to play games while we wait for our food, even the manager came by to ask if everything was ok with our food and if we got everything. The waitress was friendly and checked on us frequently. For that I gave her a nice tip, the service is what I use primarily to round up my tip. Although all was great until the chicken wings came. They were tasty, but the texture of the chicken felt like they were a day old. The wings didn’t melt in my mouth, so overall I gave this a 3 star rating because of that. I heard from friends, maybe we came to the restaurant on a bad day. I didn’t know restaurants had bad days and there you have it.

My first time to a bww in a long time. The wifey was wantin some wings an I really wasn’t in the mood as late as it was to take the kids to a sit down close to bed. We were instantly seated an greeted to a table (which we expect of course). What made this visit different and gave the 5 stars is that I noticed the manager was in the mix with the waiters and waitresses. Carla’s attention to each and every customer truly made me feel at home. I had a feeling that I was wanted there rather than just the typical, «here’s your check». Bruno’s level of service was second to none, Gretchen made sure that I had the right sauce (which I ended up going with hot, and not regretting any bit of it). The food was amazing. This branch of bww definitely sets the bar high, and all should look to this one for how to create an atmosphere that truly makes the customer feel welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

shitty customer service.
my boyfriend &i came here one night when i was craving some wings. the servers gave us a wet table, should’ve known it was gna be a bad experience for us with that kind of start. i wanted to play poker, so he asked for 2 tablets. the lady comes back &hands the tablets to the wrong table. so we had to ask for tablets again. so annoying. &once we got our food NO servers came to check up on us. my mouth was burning from the wings being so spicy &my cup of water was all gone &so was my boyfriend’s. definately won’t be returning to this location. thankfully the one on murrieta hot springs is open again!

This is about the only place that is open late in Hemet, other than Denny’s of course. If you go into this restaurant expecting the volume to be very high, you’ll be ok. It’s loud, it’s full of sports, it’s got sticky menus, it’s a sports bar! They have really tasty wings, it’s crispy, the sauces are intense and they just do it right. The ladies that work here are fun and helpful, I love this place for what it is, not trying to be anything fancy, it’s just good food, good drinks and great sports.

I normally love this place but it’s unfortunate that the last couple of times it wasn’t so appealing with our orders. Lately we have been experiencing the food drier that normal. Today for a late lunch I had snack size medium flavored boneless wings. The wings were dry, over cooked and hard to eat. The hubby said his burger was dried and well over done. Last time We came here the same thing happened with the boneless wings; it was dried, hard to chew on and there was barely any sauce on the wings. The hubby got boneless wings too and it was the same as my order, we felt like we got the bottom of the bag kind of deal, the flavor we got at the time was the mango habanero which in all honesty is really good, unfortunately that time (2 – 3 months ago) the flavor was soo distorted that we could only taste the burning/​chili flavor. I’m from the islands so I love hot food. This side order was burning as if flame was torching my tongue, same for the hubby as well. I didn’t want to write a review then because I love this place but now since its happened more than once, we shall not be returning. The staff are great and the service is quick but I don’t want to keep paying for something that’s way below expectations.

This location has the absolute worst service i have ever received. Been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks and it’s been absolutely horrible. Won’t be coming back.

OMG BEST SERVICE EVER!!! We called in ahead and there was no wait and to top it off, we got An amazing waitress!!! ABIGAIL!!! Most waitresses give us the basic recommendations but she told what she usually gets and let us try different flavors to know what we will like! Definitely going out of her way with us, we didn’t have to ask for refills, she was on it and I was fully hydrated while enjoy my amazing wings recommend by her! She was the best waitress we ever had! She was so full of energy, she made my friends and I feel so comfortable and amazing! Omg everyone needs to come to her! BEST ONE EVER! And to top it off, we were there for happy hour so YESS MOZZARELLA STICKS!

For the most part, my fiancée and I love coming here. The service is always on point. The food is delicious and comes to the table piping hot. So many flavors the choose from. The only flavor I wasn’t as fond of was the garlic one. It was more spicy and barely could tell where the garlic went. Their fried pickles is great. I could probably eat a whole plateful to myself. We haven’t really tried the desserts as they look overbearing especially after having appetizers and much buffalo wings.

Haven’t been to one of these in awhile. Had a gift card so I needed to use it.
It was Sunday during lunch. We were greeted by friendly staff and got seated almost immediately.
Ordered pretzels and fried pickles. They weren’t bad at all. Kids got boneless wings and the wifey and I had chicken wings.
Food came out fast and was hot. Nothing fancy. It’s chicken wings lol.
Will be back when we need wings.

I understand customer service isnt always the best experience, but i try and make it as easy as possible on the worker to help me as a customer. I ordered online with a special note so that i can arrive and pick my order and leave. When i got there, i received bad customer service when they got my order completely wrong. I ended up having to wait 40 minutes for them to fix it and in the time of waiting, the workers had a rude attitude towards the correction. Even the managers tried to make it seem like it was my fault. What ever happened to the customer is always right?

Our visit at this location was amazing, our waitress name was Brittany and we didn’t once have to ask for refills or napkins its as if she was reading our minds and knew ahead of time what we needed she was very attentive, the supervisor Cathy was there and approach the table as well to make sure everything was running smooth I noticed she did this to a few other tables, the food was good and at a great temperature, we did order some potatoe wedges that came in a small amount for the price but other than that everything was delicious, the restroom was clean and the changing table was well stocked, all and all we had a great dinner

I just wanted to give a big shout out to Jeff Katz, at the Hemet Buffalo Wild Wings.
Thank you, for taking care of my order, this past Saturday.
I originally wanted to purchase BWW sauce. Jeff replied to my post, and encouraged me to drive to Hemet.
Instead of cooking our own wings, due to lack of time, we had to order 120 wings from the Hemet store. Jeff took my order over the phone and insured everything was correct, upon my arrival. He also had one of his employees help me out to my car.
He gave me a little bit of a discount to compensate me for the drive.
I live 2 minutes from the store here in Murrieta, and I vow to never take it for granted, once it re-​opens.

Got sat in the corner of the restaurant at a table that needed to be wiped down. Saw 4 waitresses serving in the seating area that we were sitting in. Waited 15 minutes before we decided to leave. Not one of the waitresses came over to our table or even smiled in our direction.
Stay away if you can. Waste of time.

Well then. I am a loser. I got weak, and against my better judgment, I gave this place another chance on Saturday. It wasn’t too busy when I got there. Bellied up to the bar, pried one of the sticky menus up off the counter, and immediately recoiled from the ‘new’ prices. Ordered up a 9 dollar glass of Guiness., and braced myself for my impending food order.

21 minutes later, with no food in sight, and 2 apologies from the cute bartender under my belt, I tabbed out, and left hungry. On the way out, I enjoyed the view of the ‘manager’ standing and talking to an apparently on-​her-​break employee who was consuming an epic plate of nachos, solo. Numerous kitchen staff were hanging out by the round table by the kitchen entrance, as always. I swear I won’t be back…
