Chili’s has undergone some major updating over the last few years! Their menu items are much more exciting and creative than they once were! Luckily they still have some of the staple items that we love like fajitas or the ribs, but the new items are just as yummy! We always dine at the bar during happy hour! They have good deals on drinks and appetizers that can really fill you up. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program if you go consistently it will save you a lot of money!

Not sure what happened to my post. Nevertheless we came in this Wednesday and our server was Tanya. She was beyond awesome. My family and I really appreciate her service. My husband had the loaded baked potato he said it was the best he had ever had.(Even ordered a bowl to go). I had my usual weird order of chicken enchiladas with red sauce(only cheese) and they got it right well perfect because it was delicious(as always). Great to have a restaurant local with such great service and great food… Edit: We R Back Today

Wow. The best soup ever. Chicken Enchilada soup rocks. Whatever else I may order, I always have a bowl of Chicken Enchilada soup. I can’t recommend it more highly. Same for the loaded Baked Potato soup… yumy!

Thanks to brandy behind the bar and the management for great customer service. Handled a minor mistake with professional courtesy.

I came here this afternoon for lunch with my son. He got the cheeseburger sliders and fries with an apple juice and I got the bottomless or endless enchiladas haha you start out getting 3 enchiladas, rice and beans. The first 3 can only be all one kind. You pick chicken, beef or cheese. I chose chicken. They were great. Then I got 1 cheese and 1 beef to try them. I was excited to try the beef. I expected it to be shredded beef but it was ground beef like a weird mix of mush it wasnt good at all. Bleh so I wouldnt suggest getting«beef», cheese is okay but chicken is by far the best. I also got a strawberry lemonade it was yummmy. Our server’s name was Nicki, she was very sweet and made sure we had a good time. My son liked playing the games on the touch screen thingy they have at all the tables now. Kept him busy while they made the food. Great food, great service. Thankyou. We will be back. :)

Food was good but the waitress seemed like she had better things to do then serve us. And hardly was even at the table and it wasn’t even busy. I don’t know if it was just a bad day for her or what but her service could use work. But because the food was good I’m still giving 3 stars.

No stars for our visit tonight. Our service and server were slow. We came in for all you can eat enchiladas. They were nasty, all you could eat was one Serving. Our drinks took 15 min, to get. Margaritas on the rocks, served in a soda glass. First one came out blended. I sent it back for one on the rocks, add another 10 min. Water time. Dinner took 40 mins. A server came by and said she would be back to get the dirty plate. She never returned. Now if I could give 5 stars it would go to Gilbert the host, he seated us, he picked up the dirty plate and he tracked down our drinks. Without us asking for it. Gilbert was doing his job, wage staffs job, and the bus boys job. Thank you Gilbert for being the best thing in this poorly run establishment. We will never go to another Chilies.

I used to love coming here with my family. After this last visit with our RUDE, impatient waiter who says you’re welcome as she walks away… I don’t think I will be returning. Thanks chilis. So much for your bottomless chips and salsa that I used to love.

For a chain, there’s a reason Chili’s is still around. Comfort food. What’s good about Chili’s: Their appetizers(onion rings, mmm) Fajitas aren’t bad for not being a Mexican joint Chicken Tenders(or do they call them Crispers?) Their sugar-rimmed libations! Yum. Tech-advancements… pay for food through a handy-dandy tablet right at your table. Cool. No ginger beer… boooo. Couldn’t order my standard moscow mule.

Our bartender/waitress Christina the terrible. customer service? NONE. argued with us about an expired coupon that we didnt even try to use. was eating behind the bar. brought us napkins while chewing her food. then spent the rest of the time behind the bar texting or looking at pictures on her phone. she didnt smile once. was rude to other customers that walked in the pick up order entrance. luckily this super awesome server took over. Lance! Amazing. He made up for the bad bad service from Christina. Hate to post things like this but sometimes I think they just dont know that they are as bad as they are. But We will be back! Hopefully Lance will be here too.

Chili’s has good food. My son always wants to go here for his birthday dinner because he loved the Big-Mouth Bites Burgers but they’ve changed them. The baby and I have shared the Margherita Flatbread and it’s actually quite flavorful and very enjoyable. Super yummy!!! We also like their Texas Cheese Fries quite a lot, and I always know that my boy wants to go there because he’s addicted to the Molten Chocolate Cake… which I don’t mind sharing with him! Service is good. Not too thrilled with the little game stations/check-out tech on the tables but we’re getting used to it. I’m sure we’ll return next year for the Molten Chocolate Cake!

Came here for appetizers with a friend only to be left unserved after we sat down and waited for 15 minutes for someone to take our order or even welcome us. The bar wasn’t full and considering it was a Monday late night I thought the servers would have a greater sense of urgency given how slow it was. It goes without saying that we ended up leaving and headed somewhere where we were served within 2 minutes of our arrival. Perhaps this is the sense of urgency Chilis servers should adopt? It’s just a shame that their inadequacy merited a low scoring review, but that’s what the service industry is all about, isn’t it?

Me and my girlfriend always come in here and the service is just awesome. So far I haven’t had a server treat me wrong. They’re food is awesome and they are willing to work with you if you don’t like certain stuff on the meals. It’s an awesome place to go to especially in hemet. I also came here once with my whole family and they still took good care of us. It may not have been the same, because they were busy but we got everything we needed.

We come to Chili’s for their 2 for $ 20 meal deals, and because they have some really delicious alcoholic drinks. This location is very clean, friendly employees, and pretty decent service. It can get really busy on weekends, especially in the bar area, but I have never had to wait too awfully long. We like to eat here before he hit up the movie theatre that’s near by.

I used to come here often and the food was very good. I had stopped coming for a while and when I returned the food was not that great. This last time I went in the wait for our food was a little long and when I received my meal(all I had ordered was a side dish) it was burnt. I decided to make due with it and ordered dessert and we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie with a scoop of ice cream… This was a mistake… The cookie tasted stale. I was very disappointed with this last trip. The only reason I did not rate them with 1 star is because this location used to be a favorite of mine. I hope they get back to what they were a year ago.

Wow! This restaurant could certainly use some training in how to be gracious. We walked in at 4 in the afternoon, and saw that perhaps one fourth of the tables were occupied. There were a number of people standing at the entrance and sitting on benches near the host stand. After a couple minutes a young guy walked up to the host stand. I had to flag him to get his attention, as he breezed right past us without a greeting. We asked for a table and he said we would have to wait. His attitude was anything but welcoming, and we were made to feel we were imposing on his time. What ever happened to welcoming the people who are coming to patronize your business and give you money? It appears the restaurant puts no emphasis on welcoming people and making them comfortable. We did not come to Chili’s in order to stand in the door. We left and had an exceptional experience at another restaurant nearby.

Walked into the Hemet Chili’s, with a friend I was visiting. Immediately, we were greeted by a hostess, who informed us we could sit wherever we liked. My friend and I grabbed a spot at the bar. I was on a calorie counting meal plan, and while I was a tad bummed they didn’t offer Select 55, I was able to order the lower calorie beer, Michelob Ultra. I was pleased with the lighter choices offered on the menu, and picked the 6 oz sirloin plate, with broccoli, and also got an order of black beans. The food was aesthetically pleasing, perfect seasoning, and temp, and satisfied my appetite. The bartender, Amber, was adorable. Smiling the whole time, running around, but talking with us and checking back often. Great dining experience. Thank you, Chili’s, and Amber!

I used to love Chili’s back in the day when I lived in Northridge and it was THE place to go. Ha. Now, it’s not as fun as it used to be. Hubby and I come here to watch the games in the bar. It is definitely a great atmosphere for that and the bar fills up VERY fast. I would suggest coming early to snag some seats before a game. Service here is definitely hit or miss. But, what I’m really disappointed with is their lack of alcoholic drinks. Yes, they have a plethora of Margarita type drinks which is fine, if you like tequila. I’m not much of a tequila fan. I like the fruity type drinks and they don’t really have a selection to choose from, which is a bummer. Food is also hit or miss. Sometimes, it just doesn’t taste as fresh as it should. Like I said, come here to watch a game and drink some beer. That’s about it.
