Amazing work! Doug came out last minute to a carpet emergency we had at our apartment. He was very professional and communicated with me through every step of the way. He throughly explained what he was going to be doing and the carpet ended up looking good as new. Excellent customer service and fair prices. Thank you Doug! You have a customer for life.

Doug the rug man came and cleaned my carpet in my house this morning. I was very impressed with his professionalism and respect. He got my dirty white carpet looking like new again for the best price! i shopped around with other services, but he offered me the best deal. He was friendly and communicated well. I would highly recommend doug for any carpet cleaning needs and I will not be looking to anyone else for my carpet cleaning jobs!
