NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! Corsage and boutonnière roses were already wilting when I picked up morning of prom! I told them these needed to fixed, I was told I would have to pay for a NEW ORDER if I wanted them to remake!!! HOW RIDICULOUS DOES THAT SOUNDS! This place does not value customer satisfaction and they obviously do not guarantee their work. To fix this they removed some petals and trimmed some leaves. The icing on the cake was no pins for the boutonnière! A safety pin wasn’t strong to hold this so I got to go back to flower shop for pins. Because these employees don’t speak English they thought I was telling them I didn’t get the boutonnière. Finally they understood it was the pins that weren’t missing. These people don’t give a damn about wasting other people’s time or gas and they could care less if you are not happy with wilted roses. You’re better off buying something from the guy on the corner selling roses!

No stars! Don’t make a phone order and pay for it JUST DONT !! very bad Communication just walk in and pay that way you know what you’re buying ASK for a PIC when there READY then PAY if u gotta do a Phone order. A lot of time wasting I called for some arrangements he send me a picture I agreed to purchase when they were finished with them ready for pickup I ask for a pic it was something else they did offer the next day a refund (but what about I didn’t have arrangements for my uncle’s funeral) like I could have had them if I didn’t choose them :(Look at the pics then they tryed to fix last minute also charged me extra does that make sense !! but still no where’s close you be the judge They charged me $ 100 for the last pics The WHITE one and the RED one 2 VASE’S

My inbox is flooded with discount online floral services. Eva’s Flowers prices are great with a low flat rate delivery charge. Their website is currently under construction. I trusted Eva and her son. They delivered a beautiful arrangement with such polite customer service. Happy I chose a local family owned business.
