My husband and I have lived here for about a year and a half and we love it. It’s always been well kept up and a nice environment for a little family. It’s not loud and disturbing because they’re pretty strict, which is what we love. The ONLY downfall is if you live downstairs, the ceiling is very thin and you hear everything, so it would suck to live under anyone who isn’t respectful an cautious that there are people underneath them. If there are any apartment complexes left in Hemet that are actually not trashy and loud, it is these apartments! I always advise my family and friends to rent here. I hope this helps anyone!
