Moved to hemet last november, decided to finally try this place out. I dont really know why, subway never fails and I have had universally mediocre experiences with mom and pop sandwich shops, EXCEPT ROCK AND JENNYS IN ESCONDIDO WHICH IS AWESOME.
Anyways I think this place is now renamed Chips Subs and More.
So I ordered the number 18 or 19 or whatever the «fresh super sub is» and for a 12″ it was $ 8.59! Well whatever lets give it a go.
I’m expecting a giant sandwhich for that much since you can get a 12″ at subway with the same ingredients (or very very similar) for $ 5. Nope, comes out same size as a subway 12″.
I asked for it to be toasted with melted cheese, but it appears to be untoasted and the cheese is slightly misshapen, definitely not toasted.
Sandwhich is average tasting with nothing special. Bread tastes stale.
I dont know what the other reviewer is taking about with soggy loafs at subway. Subways bread is about 10 times superior, especially since its baked on premises.
So basically I got exactly what I expected. Mediocrity. Why did I come here again?
