I love going there and always receive great costumer service. However today I came across an employee at the register by the name of Vivian. She was absolutely the most wonderful, warm and pleasant employee I have came across. Not only did she exceed my expectations, she made sure I got the best deals there were. I offered to give her a tip. She refused, stated that it is not allowed then followed with«You don’t have to, I love helping people save money. She should be employee of the month if not the year. Thank you Vivian. Best customer service EVER!!!

I wish I didn’t have to give one star… But yeah… This place really sucks… Don’t come Herr unless you ABSOLUTELY have too… They staff is always mean and grumpy. They are no help at all. Honestly I bet they would have more business if they had ALLNEW staff. I have been coming here a lot over the years… But no more. I rather take the extra 10 mins to drive to Michaels where I can get everything I need and have great costumer service… Just now walking into the store I see a couple coming out with the lady almost in tears because of how rude the staff was to her. Ridiculous. Please if your reading this… Boycott this store with me until the staff changes their attitude or are replaced!

The store was not busy so maybe that’s why I was able to find what I wanted, have it cut quickly and walk right up to the check-out counter. The sales ladies were helpful and efficient.

I just got back from visiting this store and after what I saw today I felt the need to review. As always, it takes forever to pay for things. Employees are slow but I can look past it because most are nice. However, I was very disappointed with an employee today. As I was getting fabric cut for me, there was an employee(Kathy) standing around chatting with the other ladies who were cutting fabric. A girl walked up to her and politely asked if she could have someone open the bathroom for her. The employee turned to her –with a grim expression– and said, «I’m not working.» The girl walked away and I stood there very disappointed. As a person who has previously worked service jobs, I could not believe her rudeness. Plenty a time I was standing around not on the clock and offered to help someone when others were busy. Would it have been so difficult for her to walk over to the bathroom and open the door for her? Or apologize for not doing it herself but offer to get someone else to do it? And if that’s too much to ask, maybe she shouldn’t stand around in her uniform where people can see her.

The Hemet location is horrible!!! You can never find anyone to help you if you do they don’t help — a MANAGER named KAREN is one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen. You walk in an she’s at the register no one in line an she’s all but laying on the counter(this has happened on more than one occasion) no «hello» no greeting what’s so ever. If you have a question about a price you won’t get the answer at the register. In fact they look at you like u grew a head an tell you to go back to the cutting table get a number after I’ve waited in line for over 10 min. Not sure why they told me to go back to the cutting counter I HADNOTHING to be cut I needed a price on something else. This place is a complete joke I will never go here again ill drive to HOBBYLOBBY which I hear they’re opening a new one here in Hemet — also if you have small kids an need a cart DONTGOHERE it’s a nightmare trying to get a baby in the cart an a quarter in an unlock it. this«manager» Karen sat an watched me struggle w the cart an baby. I got some advice for this store get people who WANT to work there it will boost your sales

I prefer to drive to Temecula instead of stopping here. The fabrics on sale are often out of stock. Patterns aren’t kept in stock as well as they could be. Your blood pressure will rise with the amount of time you spend waiting in line at the cut table and the check out.

They never have enough carts, and the salespeople that ring up your order are SLOWER than molasses! Other than that, the store is organized and they have a lot of ribbon!
