Horrible staff! HORRIBLE! I met Dr. Seyed in the hospital and he told me to call and make an appointment to see him that week. I called his office on Tuesday and they said I need to call my doctor first to have a referral sent so I did that & I called dr. Seyed’s office back on Wednesday and nobody answered on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday so I had to wait until the following week to get a hold of somebody and then she said I can’t see the Dr for two months. I told her it was urgent and got an appointment. When I tried to make the appointment she said that I need to get a copy of the referral from my doctors office first, I had to jump through hoops to get a copy of the referral and even when I did and made an appointment I went into Dr. Seyed’s office and she said that she never got the referral and I gave her a referral number and said I can call my doctors office and have them fax over a copy. The front desk receptionist said no she’s working on it which took her 45 minutes. I finally went into a room and waited a few minutes for the doctor and when he walked in the room he had no clue who I was which means he didn’t look at my paperwork first and he never answered any questions that I had & was very vague. He told me to call about a week prior to needing a refill on my medication, after three days of trying to get a hold of the office on the phone & nobody answering, I came into the office to get a copy of my prescription and she said the doctors not in and won’t be in for three days and I asked if there’s a way to get a hold of him and she said no. Luckily I have enough medication for the next three days but the staff is very rude here they don’t try to help you. They’re all very cranky women and the doctor doesn’t pay attention to you as a person, and the office looks like 1970. When you call the office they don’t have a voicemail you have to call back if they’re on the phone, it just makes a busy signal if they’re out of the office it says you’ve reached the office after hours and then hangs up on you. Terrible terrible office I’m leaving this office

Two stars because of the long wait. I showed up early to fill out the new patient paperwork and everyone was really nice; however, I just left… After more than TWO HOURS.
I asked if my long wait is normal for their office and was told that basically it is. They said that today was a slow day so I don’t even want to know what a busy day would be.
I understand that sometimes things come up but waiting for nearly two hours for a less than 10 minute appointment is ridiculous. There’s obviously a problem with their scheduling process if this is normal.
Sorry but arriving at 1:50pm and leaving at 4:18pm is unacceptable. :(

Worst doctor ever. I had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room and there weren’t enough seats for everyone. Not to mention this office smelled horrible and the nurse at the front was dumb as dirt. Once taken into a room, we waited another 30+ minutes to be seen. This doctor misdiagnosed me, fortunately the doctor who gave me the 2^nd opinion was able to diagnose and treat my chronic illness.
