This place is set up good for sport entertainment but the pizza was very bland and priced too high for that kind of quality. The game room was very stuffy and smelt pretty darn bad. Only could handle it for a short period. Sorry

I’m not a food critic but I really think they make great pizza, plus it’s fun for the whole family to go because they have a huge arcade for all around fun. If you like sports they must have 20 different screens.

This place was The Big Cheese. Different name but same place and food. It’s good for kids. But not the prices for food. You can watch the sports here. Enough tv’s for it. Beer on tap choices are good.
I will not come back though. I mean don’t get me wrong it’s not bad but it’s not great.

Been at Mega Bites several times. Pizza never has enough sauce even after asking for extra and the salad bar is always empty.

My family and I came here for a girl’s softball end of the season party. The place is so unorganized and smells. pizza is okay and definitely over priced.

This was our first visit here. I didn’t even know about this place. It’s a great place to bring the kids. The pizza was pretty good and the service was good. I did notice a lot of the machines were broke. I would probably try it another time to see if that changes. I most likely will have my kids birthdays at chuck e cheese but this is a good place to take the kids on a Saturday afternoon!
Overall we had a nice experience.

Went for the buffet. The pizza was so so. Lasagna was like rubber. The kid at the register was rude N showed no interest in his job.

I have to say I can already see the difference under the new management. The food is great and the service and atmosphere is fun and exciting. New games are on the way and additional sporting events like the UFC will be held here. If you have not been here recently you should check it out. This is my new go to spot in Hemet.

No matter if 100 people in there or if I am the only one, it takes about 30 mins for pizza

The pizza is decent and I like the Pepsi selection. The games are old and run down so many of them are broken and worn. A little bit of maintenance on the games would really do a lot.
The place was clean but like the games, could use some touch ups to really boost the looks of the place. Overall, not a bad place. I’d come back.

My son Enjoys this place very much considering they have the game systems you can play. I wish the games were more up to date and more of them half of them are always broken and stealing tokens from us. But besides that’s pizza is always good staff is always nice and helpful and beer is always crisp.

I have been to this place 3 times in the last 2 months for birthday parties, half the games are broken, the floor is so sticky that my dangles fell off my feet stuck to the floor, the games that do work eat your money & there’s usually only 1 employee at the prize counter who seems inconvenienced that you’re at the counter getting your prize. One of the parties, a kid spilled soda on the floor. We told an employee & she said «you spilled soda? Well did you clean or with a bunch of napkins?» She then sent somebody over to mop the floor, and they left a lake of water under a chair where a child was sitting. We asked if they can dry it & they said they don’t have towels & it’ll dry by itself.
The pizza isn’t bad, soda good, if you go on a Sunday? Beware of football games & loud drunk people.
I think we will spend the extra money at chuck e cheese

My experience here today was a disaster! When I first walk in, it was crowded full of kids. After I my dad ordered our meals and getting drinks, I went on the arcade area, and this is where things turn for the worse.
I saw a bunch of kids, unsupervised, and crazy. They were throwing a toy football from a claw machine (which I never seen that claw machine before). I put 2 quarters in the coin slot, and it didn’t work. When I asked the employee about it, he says it was worth six coins. SIX COINS! That is like a $ 1.50! But he gave me 2 quarters back.
Half of the arcades were not working. But there was one arcade, (the soccer ball one) was working, but 20 minutes later, that wasn’t working either! There’s was no employee at the arcades at all except for the kids. There was even one kid who even was climbing on the soccer arcade!
The food was good, however it was a little slow for it to come out.
A little while later, the kids started leaving which there was some peace. I had a little fun with the arcades, but not much because half weren’t working.
I Recommend to come when there is not that much people or when there is no party happening.

To update my review from awhile back the game machines still suck the nice guy in charge of the machines tonight says they have a lot of game machines that are just so old and messed up. They should get them fixed and maintain them. They will give you your tokens back for any machine that messes up. The young lady with the pigtail braids, I dont know her name but she was very sweet to my son tonight and it was greatly appreciated. I tried the breadsticks with marinara tonight and it was pretty good but i think it could of been cooked a little longer. Kind of lacked flavor. The kids love it here. Great place for families and to come watch a game have pizza and a beer with your buds or even have a party here.

One of the worst places for service. They take a long time, and when they finally bring the items, the order is always messed up. They don’t even have the decency to comp or reduce the price for the error. It has happened on several occasions. I only order drinks now while watching the football game. They need to train their staff on getting orders out quickly and correctly.

Went there for the first time today, wonderful place — like BWW met DB and had a baby — great service and awesome to get to watch our team on the screen with volume even though it was not the main game, BWW Doesint do that — you get one volume and just screens.
PLUS so much to do there for kids, whole arcade tickets prizes — just awesome! A true hidden gem in Hemet! I will be back

Fun place for kids, good pizza, great place to watch sports! We had a birthday party everything was pretty nice. The employees were accomodating.

Geesh… this place has gone to h$*l!!! Majority of the games don’t work! The play area for the kids have no Ac. It was much better when it was called big cheese! Will no longer patronize this place Smh

Sitting in this pos place right now. lousy service no air conditioner on like 100° in here right now. Big cheese please come back! Never will come here again. spread the word people!!!

Very sad since it has nice tvs and pizza. Service is horrible. Beer on tap runs out and pizza is expensive with tiny pieces.
