You will not find a better place to shop. They can do things faster and better than the big competitors because they have been doing it longer, and their primary focus is on customer service above all else.

The Medicine Shop on State St. In Helmet is the absolute only pharmacy I will use. The Customer Service alone is outstanding! The wait is no longer then 10 Mins Max. They are extremely knowledgeable, always remember your name and are incredibly professional. The pharmacist is so helpful and nice. He takes his time when he answers your questions and makes sure you understand his explanations. All the employees including the delivery man and women are wonderfull. The preparers and counter girls are an extreme joy to work with as well! Go in and see for yourself, the experience is well worth it! Mary DiMambro

If you want awesome customer service then shop at The Medicine Shoppe. Came here recently for the first time to get a perscription for my husband. Returned a few days later for another one for him and they not only remembered me but they asked how my husband was feeling. You won’t get that kind of service from a «big» store!
