The only thing good about this place was the price: $ 200 for washer and dryer both. Plus delivery cost. Otherwise, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. The deliveryman chipped tile in my entryway. When I spoke to someone on the phone about it his response was, «Well, I don’t know if it’s a really nice house…» Really?!? Have called once a week since then and left a message for Richard… no call back yet. Yesterday I called and asked the name of the manager. After a long silence I got, «…uuuummmm…I forgot.» Wow. The employees are unproffesional in person and over the phone. This includes an employee walking into the store and loudly exclaiming about the court case he just returned from and how unfair it is. And, not two months from the purchase date, my washer is not working.

My refrigerator was not getting cold in the bottom so I took it to them to see if it could be saved. I brought it in and they checked it for free. They told me it needed a new cold control. I paid $ 75 for the parts and labor and picked up my fridge the next day. It came with a 30 day warranty. When I brought it home I noticed that even on the lowest setting it was now freezing everything in the bottom. I took it back up there and they changed the cold control for free. They had it from Saturday to Friday(ugh … a bit too long for my taste) but they did it for no extra charge. They updated me by phone the whole week that it was there. I’m talking about the store on State that’s south of Florida next to the kung fu place and the billiards place. When I paid, they told me that they did take credit/debit cards but the only one that could run the card was the owner and he wasn’t there.

Do not bother even calling! They were«so busy» that at first they couldn’t even help me. Then, when they did make a commitment to come check out my broken fridge, I waited all day on a weekend and no show. I called and the person was rude, took a message and they still stood me up! Very unprofessional. Tried to help out a local business, but forget about it!

Horrible service and very unprofessional. I bought a refrigerator from here for about $ 200 and the refrigerator stopped getting cold(Freezer still worked). My husband calls them up to repair it because it was still under their warranty and the guy never shows up, never called or anything. We called them, they were rude and rescheduled us for the next day, again the guy never showed up. Also, since we picked up the fridge and didn’t have it delivered by them they wanted to charge us $ 45. It was an inconvenience to have to wait around for them and to be without food in the fridge not to mention our food went bad. Please don’t buy from here because you’ll be disappointed.

Purchased a refurbished dryer in June and thought that it was a good deal. Not even three months later it does not want to heat. Trying to get someone on the phone is difficult, but looking to get it fixed prior to the 3 month warranty deadline. I’ll update once I hear from them.

DONOTBUYANYTHINGFROMHERE! Richard Stackpole is the owner he is the biggest schister! The have a D rating on We bought a washer and dryer from them in January 2009 by Feb 2009 the washer was malfunctioning. After numbers calls to Gloria finally in July 2009 someone comes out to look at the washer to determine it’s issues and we have yet to here back from them. After numerous unreturned calls. We will be taking them to small claims court. Whatever you do do not shop here. We will be standing in front of the store picketing making sure hey do not receive any new customers this weekend. Mayeb that will make them realize how crappy they really are.
