Fallon is one of the best instructors I have ever been to, she will encourage you to go beyond the limits of your expectations and show you how much you can achieve if you push yourself. I saw results within my first session. Alex Ray studio is top notch, very clean and very spacious, she has all the equipment you need to help you fix those areas you want to change and she provides one on one insight to maximize your results. So if your in Hempstead and you want to workout in a clean smelling environment with a female trainer that will push you to receive results, stop by Alex Ray studios and you won’t be disappointed.

I love love love Alex Ray Studios! Nestled in Hempstead, Alex Ray Studios offers great affordable barre fitness workshops. At first I didn’t know what I was getting myself into but I went anyway, boy did the instructor work us out! In the past weeks of going, I’ve stretched and worked muscles that have been dormant for a while! What I really love about Alex Ray Studios is that the instructor never leaves you behind! You are guided, helped and encouraged through each pose to do it correctly! It’s definitely fun and affordable! Do give it a try!
