Automatic Installed my system 4 yrs ago. –consistently have unwatered areas on my lawn. Every year when they come to open the system in the spring I ask them to make adjustments and they always blame it on my water pressure(which is normal). My driveway, sidewalk, and street get plenty of water! The sprinklers spray over grassy areas onto concrete and the street. I paid for a service contract this year($ 275) and when I called in July to once again ask for adjustments, I left a message and no one got back to me. I called a few days later they told me someone would be over in 13 days– that would be 16 days after my initial unreturned call! Meanwhile my lawn was dying-When they sold me the system, the salesman told me that all of his workers speak English– he left out the ‘barely’ part. Trying to explain my issue to the serviceman was difficult. I’m not sure he understood what I was trying to say. Gonna take my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same. Blame myself for not doing it sooner.

There really isn’t much more to say other than they are rude, not accommodating, inflexible, and have the poorest customer service I’ve experienced. I have used their service for the better part of 5 years to open and close my system. In the past year, I have had two separate customer satisfaction issues where the person scheduling/dispatching was awful to work with. I would advise no one use them(read their Google reviews to see what a new sprinkler sales experience is like) for any reason.
