Bring your lunch and a snack. Waiting time is ridiculous. I was called up 30 mins after my appointment time for check-​in. When I asked how long I would have to wait I got attitude. She told me to be patient because there were a couple of people ahead of me. More like 6 or more people. I was going to have to wait 1.5 to 2 hours to be seen by the dentist. It’s not the first time this happens. Will be the last. The service they provide is Not worth the wait!

Wish I could give zero star. The worst dentist I ever seen. Customer service unfriendly. Waiting time in waiting room 30 min — 1 hour. Then after called, another waiting time on treatment room 30 min — 2 hours. How many hours I wasted already with them. I saw on appointment list, 3 – 4 people had the same appointment time. So greedy, till my last 2 appointment never seen by her but another dentist whom assisted her. Even when the substitute dentist told me I don’t need to make another appointment, still not a few words from my primary dentist since she told me that she’s going to check my insurance for another treatment approval. Worst thing, she did something not necessary just to collect all my insurance cover and I ended up paying too much copay to another dentist since had no more money in my insurance plus made my teeth got worst after her treatment.

Be ready to wait. Hope you like the waiting room because you’ll be stuck there for like 3 hours. they book too many people at the same time and keep you waiting. The staff is nice but not worth the wait. Don’t Even bother Go to another dentist!
