Excellent food and service, it was my first guatemalteco and definitely a very good experience. I will recommend

This place used to be owned by my father in law. He remodeled the place beautifully, and im happy a good restaurant that offers good food was put here. The entraña is very good and very cheap. we ate an entraña across the street at las arepas de mama and it was so horrible. I go to college in the area so i always stop by this place to eat a good meal :) steam table food is allright nothing special, the plates that are fresh to order are the ones with the most flavor.

I’m not sure exactly what region this spot represents, but offerings range from ceviche to more Central American-seeming items like pupusas. I opted for the steam table over the menu, and I’m not sure if this was by the book, but they generously allowed me to get two meat items. The chicken was bright green on the outside; it was very juicy although I was disappointed that it didn’t taste green too. The ribs had an excellent flavor but more bone than meat. Rice and beans were solid, especially when doused in the incendiary green sauce.
