Ed is the man!!! He was very professional and willing to stay and assist us although the we arrived near closing time. The young lady working with him — Dominique (or was it Diamond?) — not so much. She was RUDE and didn’t seem to have a customer service or empathetic bone in her body. She was extremely unfriendly and lacked professionalism. Thank you Ed for your willingness to assist and go the extra mile. You’re a gem.
