I don’t normally provide this type of feedback and I am a very easy going guy, but my latest interaction at 7-eleven will prevent me from ever being a customer at one of your stores again. Yesterday I stopped in to your location on Horizon Ridge and Carnegie in Henderson, NV as I normally do to pick up a water and can of copenhagen. I have a 12-week old Golden Retriever who is a registered service dog in training who happened to be with me. I have a disability listed under the ADA and by law I am entitled to bring this dog with me. Again, he is a service dog in training meaning he is very well behaved and sits without command by my side everywhere I go. I approached the counter to provide payment to one of your associates and a gentleman(I use that term lightly), came from behind the counter and said, «I will not serve you until you take your dog outside.» I politely said back that he is a registered service dog and I will be out of your store as soon as your cashier rings me up. The man raised his voice and said, «show me your dogs paperwork or get out of my store.» Your associate clearly does not understand the law as it is against the law to ask to provide paperwork. The ADA explicitly states«…Staff may ask two questions:(1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and(2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.» I calmly explained this to the man and he proceeded to say that he has every right to ask for proof and raised his voice again. At this point, the female cashier decided it was her turn to say something and said, «he said provide paperwork or get out of our store.» I am extremely upset at the lack of professionalism by your associates and I would highly advise training your associates prior to engaging in such conversation because next time someone else may take legal action upon your company… but for me, there will be no next time. Sincerely, No longer a customer of 7-eleven

Slurpies, candy, chips, nachos, hot dogs, oh my! 7-Eleven is pretty darn awesome. This particular location gets extra stars for the non-scary location, cleanliness of the store, that everything is well-stocked, and the super nice store clerk who is always very helpful and never gives me weird looks when I wander around for 10+ minutes picking up all kinds of snacks and then pay with like 4 different gift cards.

I come here on my way to work almost every weekend evening for a fountain drink and snacks. The staff is super friendly, and accommodating. The store is always clean and I always find what I’m looking for in stock. No shady characters in the parking lot ever, and have never had an issue with their gasoline.

for sure i would not get gas here. but for slurpees, red box, drinks, nachos, junk food, definitely! Love the fact that the location is safe, and even in the late hours have never been approached by a stranger asking for bus money.
