I am retired and live in Anthem. Since moving to Las Vegas/​Henderson 4 years ago, I have a growing concern of the skilled services taking advantage of those living in the retirement communities. I have personally had a couple of bad experiences.
That was not the case with A Millennium. Our furnace went out a couple of weeks ago during our first cold spell. We called them to come out. The technician’s name was Jeff. I was pleasantly surprised given past experiences. He was thorough, explained what was happening in detail and best of all, he didn’t recommend we replace our furnace. He installed a new ignitor. Then he cleaned the housing and burners and charged us only for the new ignitor.
We are having them comeback twice a year for maintenance… once in the Spring for Air Conditioning and once in the fall for heating.
