I have had some shoes that have needed shining for a good long while. Not wanting to lug a bag of leather through a casino to search out a shine, I consulted the oracle that is Unilocal.Unilocal brought me to Roger’s AVSSC. I wanted to go exploring and Roger just happened to be in the same area that I was heading to. Upon my arrival I gave him a call and a short time later he showed up with his mobile shoe stand. So there we were next to my jeep while I sat in a most comfortable chair as he went to town bringing my old shoes back to life. Roger is both affable and knowledgeable in the ways of his craft. When all was said and done I could have shaved in the mirrored reflection of my Bostonians. Small & local business at it’s finest!
