All Uniform Wear

I have been really pleased with the customer service with All Uniform Wear. Being a first-​time school uniform mom, I was lost. Not having my children with me to measure the length and sizes compared to other clothing manufacturers. Also, having the option of paying a small fee to embroider my children’s name on their jackets was great. Thank you for easing the pain.

I’ve been here 4 times. Each time is worse than the next. It’s too bad the schools ONLY use this place for their uniforms. Today I showed up a few minutes after 10:00am. Doors locked. Manager shows up, let’s me in. Other girls asks if she can go outside and smoke a cigarette instead of opening the register. So I wait again for the register to be opened. Amazing.
Last time I went in felt like a Saturday Night Live skit. I thought I was getting Punk’d or on Candid Camera.
Avoid this place at all costs. Speaking of costs… kids uniforms are ridiculously overpriced for the poor quality.

Yes, all I have to say is very UNPROFESSIONAL! I agree entirely with the review by «Danielle» the ladies there seemed to be unhappy to be working there. I don’t think they are to concerned with customer service at all. I will not go back to this place.

Today was my second time buying school uniforms for my daughter. The first time I came in I was told which shirts were for my daughter’s school. Two of the three women working there seemed irritated and dyspeptic. Weeks later, after we’ve taken off the tags, we were told by school staff that particular shirt color was not allowed at her campus. Back to the All Uniforms Wear… The women again were less than friendly, the same store attendant that pointed out the wrong shirt before helped me this time. She was very nice, but the other two women, again, icy and disobliging when you ask about a size. Like last time, youth ¹⁰⁄₁₂ mixed in with other sizes, you ask a question and obvious annoyance glares. Really? If you don’t like supplying us moms with our school’s uniforms, if it’s so inconvenient for me to ask you a question about sizing, then maybe don’t take on that part of your business. I am not a picky or high maintain person, you can read my other reviews, I’m pretty star generous, but both times I’ve been in there, the unfriendly manner in which I was treated was disappointing.
