We paid for a system two weeks ago and have not been able to get a hold of anyone in their company since. We were told the system would be installed the following Monday. Our calls, voice mails and messages have not been responded to. I am hoping they are just a little busy and have not had time to get back to us. The more time goes on I am beginning to think this may be a scam. I’ll report back if anyone returns our calls.

Still no word from this company. It is a complete sham. Do not get involved with them, or with anything Michael Brandon in Visalia has anything to do with. I cannot comprehend we paid Apex Guard (Michael Brandon was presented as their sales rep) for something, and we have not heard a back. How can a company ethically do this? At least return the money we paid if you are not going to deliver the services.
