This place is packed ALL THE TIME, and the process of helping customers is disorganized at BEST.
None of the associates know anything about any phone, and will not give you any help when trying to decide on a new phone, or help with a current one. It’s like they are a bunch of useless zombies, most of which aren’t working and just standing around.
