The workers have absolutely no clue about anything. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I needed a laptop battery and at first, they ordered the wrong kind of battery and it came in several days late. Then, they ordered the correct one and it still came in way later than they said it was supposed to and didn’t come in time for when I started school. They need smarter workers. Do not go here, it is expensive and not worth the trouble of trying to deal with these people!!!

You say you open at 9 am it’s freezing and it’s 9:04am. 4 minutes actually make a huge difference when you’ve been waiting for 20min. And have gone to 2 other places already this am searching for this specifics light bulb for my daughters make up lamp.
HERES THE GREATEST PART, They have my bulb!

The hectic elder woman who was not wanting me to come in, «the registers are not open yet,» at 9:04am, well, I watched you arrive, perhaps come earlier or as life does pop, up shit happens, I get it… Then walking in and her car keys and cellphone where on my side of the check out counter.
I of all people get life.
I am certainly so deeply happy my daughters facial lamp will now be lit!

What a wonderful store and nice and product knowledgeable staff. I went to get a phone battery [Employees at Best Buy recommend them]. I assumed my battery was dying since it wouldn’t hold a charge. A look over of the phone plug was bent. They showed me everything and how this was the problem. Well 45 minutes later I got the phone and it was wonderful. They are very nice and the prices very reasonable. Thank you.
