Incredibly unhappy. Customer service is terrible and here’s why: The manager doesn’t greet or talk to the customers of help with anything. They don’t honor the deals they make with customers and don’t follow up when you have questions. One sales guy lost my number when he was supposed to call me about the phone they were supposed to give me for switching over.

Horrible customer service in store and on the phone. $ 15 reactivation fee. Then a charge of $ 35 a month when they have Virgin plans for $ 20 a month in the same store. Since I cannot get a refund or even credit on my account for being totally unhappy, I am switching to tracefone next month. Boost mobile phones cannot be unlocked.

I needed to downgrade my phone service to save money and learned Boost had alot of the same features I enjoyed from my current carrier at a much more affordable cost, plus I had the option to keep my old phone! The lady that works here was very helpful with all my questions and concerns and made for a smooth transaction, very pleased with customer service and phone, Thanks!
