The Sunset Road at Athenian Drive Check City is a convenient place for me to purchase money orders when I bank nearby. In addition to the convenience, I appreciate that the money orders are free. Knock on wood I have not been in a situation where I had to take out an emergency loan from them.
It is difficult for me to be a fan of a business where I am emptying my wallet to purchase money orders to pay my bills. Putting my feelings aside, Check City is doing the right thing not charging for money orders. This gives people a break, and makes it a go-​to place for money orders. I will most likely be back to buy money orders to pay more bills when I bank nearby.
