The good, the classrooms seem to kept clean & they have a nice playground area. The bad, the kids get moved from 1 classroom to another classroom as kids go home & kids aren’t assigned to 1 teacher, makes it very difficult to ask & communicate about kid’s activities. The teachers aren’t licensed to teach. The management aren’t held accountable for kids who get hurt or injure themselves or others. Lots of play time rather than educational teaching. Not impressed. Go elsewhere.

This center is definitely more babysitting than educational, however my kids are fairly happy and seem safe here. While not open the 24 hours they advertise, they do have late night and weekend hours which is all I required. They serve 3 meals and 3 snacks per day at no extra cost (though some of the meals aren’t necessarily kid-friendly). Unfortunately, every week billing is a headache. There is only one person that understands their system, so when she is out you have no help. In my case, that means getting locked out of the system because no one knows why I have an extra charge, but the only one who does is it for the week. Despite me doing everything I can to resolve the matter, they tell me I can’t bring my kids til she’s back. That’d be no problem if I didn’t have to work. I’m working on finding an alternate facility with the hours I need. Once again, the teachers are adequate and good with my children, but the management isn’t worth the headache.

Lets start with the positive statements the price is not to bad although the place caters to casino workers. The rooms are clean and for the most part are under control. The kids have activities and enjoy their time at the Daycare. Now the not so nice part, the posted hours of operation on the web page are not correct they don’t open till 5 am. Their billing department is every rude she can not explain why the charges are on your account and tries to blame everything else but a mistake on her part. Which raises your out of pocket expense. Also parking is very tigh

Good courteous staff watching the children. Office personnel can vary a it, have had good experiences, as well as a few headaches also. One time they suspended my daughter for missing shots, which wasn’t the case. waited until after hours to tell us on friday so we couldn’t get it resolved until the next week only to have the doctor tell us they had all the info they needed to confirm that we were up to date. A few other minor hiccups like this, but again, only with the office staff. Clean facility, bsbies learn and have fun while they are there.
