I was first referred to Dr. Stacey Cadaval in the summer of 2012 when I needed a pre-​op physical and my regular doc could not fit me in before the deadline. Dr. Stacey worked me into her schedule so that I would have the clearance necessary for my spinal cord surgery to happen ASAP.
Dr. Stacey is the most compassionate doc I’ve ever come across. She takes the time to listen to me and explain what I need to know. She clearly cares about her patients which results in better outcomes. It made me switch from my previous doc to her practice.
Highly recommended.

I was treated so poorly by a lady at the front desk I wish I could give this review 0 stars. Seeing the staff and sort of patients they have I am convinced they only deal with derelicts. The alleged «office manager» was so rude she made my temper boil. After driving 40 miles to see Dr. Stacy we were turned away for being late. I previously called to advise I was running late due to heavy traffic and construction. They said we had a 15 min grace period. I requested to speak with office manager and she sarcastically responded with an ugly smile «I am the office manager». After feeling provoked by how offensively and the tone in this ladies voice (this lady was really abusing her «power») and insulted by this so called «office manager» I requested to speak with Dr. Stacy firsthand… misled that we had built some sort of rapport. The officer manager lied and said Dr. Stacy was in a meeting. I said how could that be possible when I just seen a patient go back to see her? The office manager smirked and sarcastically told me I can wait but she will not speak to me or be seeing me. WOW! The unprofessionalism of this «office manager» was unreal. Furthermore Dr. Stacy doesn’t have any interest in building a progressive experience with her patients. 30 seconds of her time just to say I realize you have a driven a long way and I am simply too busy to see you today and I apologize my «office manager» has treated you in such a disrespectful way would have gone a long way! However I never will return to this dump.

I scheduled an appointment and drove down to find a sign on the door that they’re closed due to system problems and for everyone to call the next day to reschedule. So they had my phone number and couldn’t call me to let me know so that I could avoid wasting my time driving down to their location. The same person that typed that sign could have easily called everyone scheduled for that day to let them know. Incredibly unprofessional.
Seriously, would have taken all of a minute to call me to cancel. I feel sorry for everyone else that took time from work to drive down there to have to read a sign. No excuse and this is one location I’ll avoid like the plague.

Called for an appt– office staff was courteous and very helpful! Office hours plus those available Saturday appts really help! Didn’t wait long in waiting room til taken back to exam room. Love that it’s kinda a «one stop shop»… Everything you need done– exam, labs, etc. all done in room which is great for those of us who don’t want to spend limited days off work driving from dr office to lab to wherever else. Big plus– no need to schedule appt for f/​u on labs. Dr calls to let you know all is well instead of having you waste a day to come in for 5 min convo!

I just found this place on the internet on Monday and went to see the doc today Wednesday. Having had horrible scary experiences with medical care here in Vegas I was really nervous to check this place out.
When I called to make the appointment I spoke directly with the Doc. She was very friendly and it was very easy to schedule with her. She was also very understanding that I have three small children that would have to go with me (yikes) :)
Her prices were very very reasonable, and that was huge to me because my insurance doesn’t kick in until October 15^th and I was looking for a nice clean place for an annual check up that wasn’t going to cost me several hundred dollars.
When I got to her office, which was really easy to find, it was very clean and the office staff was friendly. I have noticed here in Vegas/​Henderson that one of the biggest issues I have dealt with in the medical care is the unfriendly office staff, so this was a very calming surprise. I have actually left three different places just because of the rude staff and I make sure to never recommend them.
I filled out all my paperwork and they pretty much got me right in. I got there at 10:30 and I was back in the office with the doc at 10:50.
The docs name is Stacey. She was so awesome. She was very informational, very thorough, and heard everything I had to say. She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed or like a number. I actually felt like a real person with legit concerns and questions and that she actually cared.
Her questions that she asked me told me that she was actually reading my information on the forms and really trying to make sure we didn’t miss anything.
Even when my insurance kicks in in October I will be keeping her as our family doc for sure. It was so nice to find a place that has both clean and quality health care.
