I called three of the top rated businesses for immediate repair of my AC. I had to leave a message at two of them but Ryan answered right away and so he got my business. We arranged a time and he got here well within the window he gave me even though he had called earlier and said he was behind schedule. It didn’t take him long to figure out the problem and fix it. Thank fee for labor and parts was reasonable and included a discount for finding him on Unilocal.My AC is working great again. i’m thankful to have found a great company that is honest and takes pride in the work that they do. there are so many companies out there that will come in & out quick enough to sell you something and move on to the next … the technician who came to my house was knowledgeable and even taught me a thing or 2 about air conditioning, he made me feel like my air conditioning and comfort was the most important thing up until he left … a/​c is blowing ice cold and i feel better knowing that i have everything serviced and up to par even for the winter and it’s warrantied!!? i have never been so satisfied with a service in my life … thank you controlled comfort i will highly recommend you and be a loyal customer!

When we called about our air conditioner, Ryan fit us in as soon as possible to come and check it out. He was very prompt and attentive as to the problems with our unit, and guarantees his labor and parts for 2 years. He even came back a couple of days later to make sure everything was perfect.
