We took our grandma here for her 86^th birthday to get her eyebrows done. Julianne was so gentle with her and made her decades long dream of perfect eyebrows come true! Grandma was so excited and there was no discomfort. Even through a language barrier (grandma is Russian) they still talked the entire time. If an 86 year old babushka can enjoy this, anybody can! Julianne even followed up with us a few days later and could hear grandma thanking her in Russian from the other side of the room. Thanks, Julianne for making grandmas 86^th birthday wonderful :)

I had used other permanent makeup artists, with fairly happy results but after meeting Julianne and having her do my eyeliner I realized that had been receiving inferior service and work. Julianne is not only an artist, but also a kind and gentle professional who truly understands her client’s wishes and desired outcomes. I was impressed with the beautiful and relaxing spa environment and her personality was just as warm and friendly as the spa itself.
She made certain that she understood exactly what look I wanted to achieve with my eyebrows and after she drew them on in pencil, I loved the shape, size and arch she created and gave her the go ahead to make them permanent!
Since she applied numbing cream earlier, there wasn’t really any pain, more like the feeling of tweezing your brows. She kept asking me if I was okay, and to be honest, I told her she didn’t need to ask since I could barely feel it!
The color is perfect, the shape is exactly right, and she wants me to come back in 3 weeks (at no charge) to see if she needs to do any touch ups. I’m looking forward to going back just to see her again because she’s truly a gem!

I met julianne a few months ago, I heard about her on Unilocal,she used to work in a different salon. I’m glad I found her new place, just because who ever gonna read that review should know that if you looking to get your eyebrows permanent makeup done with julianne — YOU ARE WAISTING YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY !!! My first impression, when I spoke to Julianna for the first time, was amazing. I felt like I found the right person to fix my eyebrows (after a different artist messed it up). She sent me a before and after pics from other customers she had, make me feel like she is supper professional. So I gave it a shot! I paid $ 300 (plus $ 40 tip) which was suppose to include one touch up !! She was great, got me after her work hours and was really nice to me. A week later it’s peeled of, like I expected to… And there was no different !! There was nothing there! I called her explaining the situation and she said that it can happen but no worries the touch up will make it right ! Just to mention — I’m not living in Vegas ! I have friends in here so I coming here pretty much often (whenever my job allows that to happen). I had one appointment which I had to cancel it at the last min just because my flight got delay so I knew I won’t make it. Then it was impossible to get hold of her, she NEVER answered my calls/​texts :(and when she finely got back to me, saying that she can get me between 3 – 4 pm, I texted her asking for her new location … No respond ! The next day I texted her :” what’s going on??? Why are you ignoring my texts? If you don’t want to give me the service I already paid for, just be honest and say it!” Her respond for that was :” I don’t like your attitude, look for someone else, I owe you nothing!”. Well, I paid for a service that I didn’t get, you do owe me! Worst customer service I ever got! Do not go there! There is enough salons that can do way better then julianne ! If I could give her menus stars I will sure do!

I have appointment with Julianne today for my eyebrows. I have a consultation with her and I feel comfortable before she even started the treatment but when she started working on my brows my fears completely was gone and I was ready to fall a sleep. i don’t feel any pain. During the treatment I ask her for the laser face treatments she does and I find her very knowledgable. So I book my laser treatment .Cant wait…

Julianne rules! My experience was outstanding! Julianne is professional yet you feel totally at ease in her hands. I had some old definitely-​not-​on-​point tattooed brows that needed to seriously get gone. I had grown my naturals back in and I was left with a crazy tail above each eyebrow. When I went for my consultation, Julianne was very thorough. Because I get hyperpigmentation at the slightest trauma, she did a test spot. The results where amazing! I was thrilled. At my next appointment she finished the job and I am totally satisfied. After both appointments she text me to see how I was doing… now that’s service! She is very competent, efficient and conscientious. Her room is darling and super comfy and she’s a total doll! I definitely will be seeing her again for laser hair removal this time. If you need unwanted ink or unwelcome hair gone, see Julianne, you will not regret it!

She always greets me with a smile, fabulous eyeglasses and a hug. She always checks my skin’s progress, and answers ANY questions that I have before she begins another laser session.
Her room is warm, and inviting. I have honestly never been so comfortable and ready for pain in my entire 24 years of life.
The chair that she has for clients is long, wide and plush. So, no matter your size (I’m close to 5’9″) whether you’re on your back, or on your belly (like me), you aren’t miserable.
Her cleanliness is beyond God like. She is always washing her hands… changing towels, laying down a sheet… Everything is for YOU.
Fresh for you, when you get there. I have NEVER wondered if she has been using the same linens all day.
She is so kind when it comes to treatment. I should know… I’ve seen her about ten times, for both saline and laser tattoo removal. What can I say, I have a large mistake on my back.
She is so gentle, no heavy hands here. She helps you remain calm, with conversation, music… Just about anything that you need.
Between demonstrations of how the treatment works, helping me with pain management, her kind spirit and a sense of humor… Julianne makes me feel like a person, a friend… not just a number.
To be her main concern, her only focus for that hour and a half… I mean, it just takes my breath away.

Julianne recently fixed by eyebrow tattoos that someone else messed up. She did a fabulous job, was very patient and concerned about applying the right color and creating the right shape. The atmosphere in her little studio is friendly and inviting and her pricing was very reasonable. I required one touch up a month after my first visit but it was no charge. I’m sending my daughter to Julianne next for laser tattoo removal.

I think Julianne is so kind and caring about her clients. I went to see her again yesterday and she did a fantastic job on my eyeliner. I have trouble putting on eyeliner. So it is so wonderful to have permanent eyeliner. I would recommend her to anyone who has special needs with the services that she provides. Such as tattoo removal, permanent eyeliner, and permanent eyebrows. And so many more services. She is now doing permanent hair removal. So I am so excited to begin that service.
