Costco Tires

We decided to purchase new tires from Costco because they had a coupon for $ 70.00 off Michelin tires. They didn’t carry the tires they advertised in stock, so we had to go to the store to place the order and pre-​pay. The wait to order the tires was more than 30 minutes. The tire tech was overworked and he is the only one who takes care of the customers in front. We ordered the tires and they called 5 days later to say they were in stock. We drove to the store, and after waiting another 30 minutes in line, were told they would be ready in 80 minutes. We hung out and shopped until they called us. We went back to the tire center, and had to wait another 40 minutes in line to pick up the car. Although we may have saved some money, the wait was definitely not worth the savings. We will never buy tires from Costco again.

Been a Costco member for years. Never used the tire center till recently.
Note– they beat everyone’s price but even better, they had a better selection of tires. I ended up special ordering Michelin tires and they arrived and were installed 48 later.
It’s the best driving experience I’ve had in my SUV since it was new.
