This review is all about great customer service. I purchased an electronic device from CPUtopia on Ebay. Well past the warranty period, the device failed. I contacted them through Ebay asking to do an exchange. Not only did they agree, but they sent a prepaid shipping label to pick it up from me. This is how good business is done to make things right by the customer. Kudos to these guys.
