I went here near closing time, so the place was pretty empty and service pretty fast. I ordered the brownie sundae, but maybe since it was near closing time, the brownie seemed stale. The brownie was quite crumby, cold and hard. However, minus the brownie, rest of the sundae was quite delicious! The french vanilla ice cream is so light and goes perfect with nutella and m&ms!

The ice cream here made me sick to my stomach. I tried the strawberry cheesecake flavor. It doesn’t appear that this place has that many customers. So my question is, how fresh is the product? If it doesn’t sell, how long does it sit there before you guys decide to throw it away? In addition, I was charged $ 3.99 for an ice cream sandwich at it was only supposed to be $ 2 because that was the special listed on the sign outside($ 2 sandwiches Mon — Thursday before 2pm). So I went back into the store to tell the one employee working there that I was over-charged. She apologized but didn’t know how to give me a refund for the difference, so she said she would sign me up for a an electronic punch card and give me enough points for a free sandwich for next time. The only problem is, I didn’t like the product, I don’t think it’s fresh and I won’t be back. So the extra $ 2 I was charged is not worth my time to worry about, except I wanted to Unilocal about it.

soooooo good who can beat fresh warm cookies and ice cream although I have to say the mini was MORE than enough for me. Kids loved it and that you can choose the kind of cookies, ice cream and even toppings!

I heard this place is from CA but I have never heard of it. My bad. But my sis had purchased a Groupon for 4 ice cream sandwiches. The place feels very clean and open. The person behind the counter was also very helpful and friendly. First time here so she gave us some pointers. Ended up getting the turtle cookie and white chocolate macadamia cookie with a soy mint chip ice cream. If you are eating it in store, they will warm up the cookies for you. Also, they are able to split the sandwich into halves if you wanna halfsies with someone else. What makes this place so great was that the server was also willing to scoop two different flavors for each half of the sandwich. The server was great and super helpful but the ice cream sandwich was also pretty bomb. The cookies were the perfect mixture of hard and soft. I must say, I loved the turtle cookie. As for the ice cream, the soy mint chocolate chip felt very light. Not too minty, not too chocolate-y. Didn’t feel heavy even though it was ice cream. The place is a bit pricey just for an ice cream sandwich but remember to check in for a free topping. Also try to come during the their«happy hour» so that you can get pretty good discounts on the ice cream sandwiches, tacos, and other treats.(NOT Taco Bell tacos but ice cream dessert tacos.) Makes the treat pretty worth it.

I’ve been trying to find a good milk shake for years and I finally did. Perfect balance of consistency, flavor, and sweetness. Everbody else makes theirs too Damn thick.

Always pretty packed, but worth the wait. I couldn’t take a picture of my sandwich because that siren called me to my doom and was instantly devoured. Boyfriend got an ice cream taco and it was super cute and pretty tasty. Love that they have little cartons of ice cream next to the register to take home because their ice cream is fantastic. I’m a sucker for salted caramel though :3

Stumbled upon this place looking for random things to try. Cookies and ice cream any way you want, yep I’m in. This place is located smack dab in the middle of a shopping mall with several other restaurants; making it an ideal location for those looking for something sweet after their meal. Walked in and the staff greeted you right away and were amazing. The ladies behind the counter took the time to explain what they have to offer, how it works, and even let you sample a flavor if you were unsure. Perfect ice cream parlor service. The lay out is super clean, but I could see it being very crowded and hard to move about during peak times of day and especially during the hotter months when the crowds are in full effect. We went with four different ice cream sandwiches on this particular outing. The oatmeal raisin cookie with cookie dough ice cream, peanut butter cookie with cookie dough ice cream, carnival cookie with cookie dough ice cream, and their brownie with rocky caramel chocolate ice cream. The cookies and brownies were a little stale on this day, but that could have been due to our arriving almost at they end of the day. They do heat them up prior to service which always helps. Add the ice cream in the middle and its served in a small paper wrapper for you to hold. All the sandwiches were full of flavor, but very rich. Easily could have only gotten two items and split it between the four of us. The ice cream starts to melt pretty quick due the hot cookies which makes a little mess, but that is no big deal and you can get spoons to help out with this. All and all its a great take on the ice cream sandwich. The staleness of the cookies and richness of the entire the entire desert will drop this rating a little. Definitely not writing Cream off as there is great potential. I will give it another try when the ice cream craving hits again.

I usually go to the one in San Mateo, Ya I live in Vegas and I fly to San Fran to get ice cream. But any ways. It’s part of the same company and the flavor of ice cream is spot on. The only gripe I have is that they did’nt have the lemon cookies that I fly all the way to San francisco for. UP side well its CREAM these little babies can promote harmony and save the world.

The cookies aren’t too soft and sweet instead of doughy and overwhelmingly sweet. I got an ice cream sandwich with white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and green tea ice cream. Perfect combo. Nice, clean establishment and the cashier who rang me up was very happy and had a smile on her face from beginning to end. Yay C.R.E.A.M!

I’m totally spoiled from Dilly Riese in Westwood, but the customer service is solid at this location, As I wrote in another review of competitor of the same concept, I love idea, but Dilly prices are game changer and takes away a couple of stars from others businesses. For Las Vegas, Cream’s price is the norm. The girls behind the counter were very helpful, and explained the concept to everyone that came in. I have to admit, I wasn’t impressed with Cream’s cookies at all, but the Cup of Joe ice cream was one of the best coffee ice cream I ever had! The Cup of Joe ice cream deserves a 5 star rating, and this alone made this visit a winner.

I absolutely love ice cream! I love ice cream so much I would rather eat that then regular food and I would have to say that this place is full of wonderful goodies! Cookies are my second love and the two freshly made together is heaven on earth. High five to the person who created this place! The employees were kind and explained the concept to me as this was my first time here. I had sort of a high expectation for this place since I’ve been planning on coming here since it opened and it met and exceeded them. I tried the white chocolate macadamia nut cookies with strawberry cheesecake ice cream in the middle. I WILL be back for seconds!

Other than looking different than the location in Downtown Summerlin, this one is just as good! Warm, chewy cookies; velvety ice cream; nice atmosphere. I’d recommend the Oatmeal Raisin and Snickerdoodle cookies with their seasonal Pumpkin ice cream, & whipped cream as a topping.(50¢ extra, but well worth it.) Just like a nice slice of pumpkin pie. For under $ 5 a person, it can’t be beat.

My cousin and I had just finished brunch and sight seeing in Vegas, a little bit before noon. He threw out the idea of grabbing dessert or ice cream. I pulled up Unilocal with a simple search of ice cream to see what was nearby. And I stumbled upon the Grand Opening event, started at noon-midnight, free ice cream sandwiches. So to CREAM we went. We waited for about 40 mins. Not bad. It was both of our first time trying CREAM(shocker, especially since I went to school in NorCal). Overall, good ice cream. I got the green tea with snickerdoodles. It was a great way to cool down in the heat.

We went here for the grand opening. Love the Wu Tang reference! The ice cream sandwich was good for being free, but I don’t think I’d come back and actually pay for one… I’ve been to better build your own cookie bars in other cities where both the cookies and ice cream could stand up on their own in terms of flavor and quality. There was really nothing special about the cookies or the ice cream here. Go to the store, buy a case of store made cookies and a carton of your favorite ice cream and make your own and it would be just as good.

C.R.E.A.M … Dolla dolla bill y’all(who knows this reference? haha) FREEICECREAM for their grand opening from 12pm to 12am … sounds like madness right? I’m sure they were going insane, but as a customer it seemed flawless. They seemed to have everything in order and the line moved quicker than expected. Vegas heat is coming and perfect timing that CREAM opened in Henderson. Choose your favorite fresh baked cookie, add ice cream, add toppings if you desire and BOOM. yummy in your tummy. Feel free to mix and match what you like. Gluten Free and Vegan cookies are available too. Not a fan of the ice cream sandwich, get a ice cream taco, sundae, or milkshakes and floats. Great experience for us, which makes us want to visit this place again !! Thanks CREAM !!

We tasted the chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, and red velvet cookie options. Our ice cream choices were salted caramel and vanilla bean. We agreed that the double chocolate chip cookie was our ultimate favorite! All in all a funtastic grand opening and the wait really wasn’t as long as some people made it seem. Thank you for the free samples and water while we waited, and thank you KLUC for the awesome free gift. We appreciate everyone’s hard work and had a great time!

It’s ice cream and cookies, so, you know, it’s going to be pretty awesome. This Cream location isn’t even opened officially yet, but they are offering free ice cream sandwiches today and tomorrow. It’s a great location, corner of Eastern and Coronado Center, by Chipotle and Jamba Juice.(Although I predict that parking lot at peak hours is going to be a nightmare!) Like the Summerlin and Berkeley locations, it’s a not an original concept(ice cream sandwiches), but it’s still a good concept, right?
