I first thought this dental office was great. But since the doctor changed front office staff again for no reason, this place is awful!!! The front office person there was so good at what she does and now the new one has no clue what to do. The doctor is never in the office early, infact he is always late. Which pushes back my appointment at least twenty minutes. Don’t go here!!! It’s a ripe off. Dr. Paik is also very condescending. I was told my teeth are straight and in the same breathe told I should try Invisalign. Just means he is looking for $$$. Word of advice: find someone else with better reviews on here.

Worst dentist experience. Ever. Daughter getting wisdom teeth out. «Sedation» is a pill, not sedation!!!
Wanted to stop procedure but Yita the «office manager» said NO REFUND. I paid $ 1400. Dr. Paik has no bedside manner. You are having pain? Pain is all in your mind!!! he says. Leaves the room. Won’t talk to you. Say’s tell me when you are ready
They kicked me out of treatment room after daughter had a panic attack. From pain.
The good reviews are ALL one review people. FAKE!!!

Please be very careful when going through this dental office. They don’t follow procedures set up by the dental insurance company. They overcharge on their fees and they want their money up front, before the insurance company even looks at the claim. This is totally inappropriate for a dental office. I will update once my insurance reviews this claim, but there is something very wrong here. We already paid them over $ 1,000+ for a tooth extraction and bridge work. So far, we only got the tooth extraction done. But they wanted an additional $ 1,000+ a week later before they would do any further work. I thought that was rather strange and exorbitant so I called my insurance company and was told that they are not suppose to require all this money upfront since they are a contracted dentist. I actually had to have my insurance company talk to these people as they didn’t believe me! I haven’t got the bridge work done yet, will update when my case is finished. I came here from the Unilocal Reviews being 5 stars for this dentist. But I should have known better as there were only 3 prior reviews. BEWARE… DO YOUR HOMEWORK. I will update to let you know if everything turned out satisfactory for me.
12÷17÷14 Update:
Dental office asked me to update this review. So, in all fairness, I am doing that. After the insurance got involved, things got better and they settled with the insurance company so they did not ask me for any more money. However, the cap on the tooth kept coming off and I had to make 3 trips back to the dental office (first two times with the dental assistant and finally the 3^rd time with Dr. Paik himself). It finally stayed on after Dr. Paik did it. But it was really annoying to have your cap come off in the middle of a meal. Also, the office did accommodate me so that I had no problems getting an appointment right away to get the cap back on. I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT DR. PAIK IS A GOOD DENTIST. HE IS ALSO VERY NICE AND PERSONABLE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS WHAT I HAD EXPERIENCED WITH THE PAYMENT/​INSURANCE ISSUE.

Love this dentist! Ive had so many problems with dentists before, so going to this one was by far an amazing experience. Got my wisdom teeth pulled with no issue, and was able to function normally after. Loved it! Will be my permanent dentist from here on out.

Love this place! Professional staff, clean environment and Dr. Paik is GREAT! He will answer all your questions before any procedure and will address it in a very professional manner. He’s painless! I’ve got done three Root canal in the same day and did not feel anything and the procedure was quick. Dr. Paik is great with follow up’s as well. I’ll recommend him to any family of friends.
