Very rude staff. And the doctor was impersonal. I’m very healthy so hardly had to see them but for being a patient of theirs for some time, I was never impressed with how I was treated when I did have to go in. I was too busy to look for another doctor until one of the girls crossed the line and that ended my services with them once and for all. I should’ve read the reviews before wasting my time but, live and learn.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, however, I had to share how blessed I have been with the Dr’s and staff at Desert Family Medicine. Dr. Ginger Lane has gone above and beyond to help me with my situation. Her compassion is beyond a blessing and only God knows how appreciative I am. In fact, the entire office staff makes your visit as comfortable as possible.

Very rude staff, except Daisy. Daisy was awesome! She was always polite, friendly and willing to help. Unfortunately, the receptionist was the complete opposite!

While the PA Ginger Lane is good– the rest of the staff Nama & the office manager to name a few are not. Caring, professional, and all around nice– isn’t the concept they hold dear and near. Like several other reviews here– do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to go.

Don’t waste your time. The Staff is uncaring and do not care about your needs. Tina and Diane are the worst people I have ever had to deal with when it came to a problem caused by the LIE they told, They cancelled my appointment not by calling me but with a recorded message saying it was an emergency at the hospital. Called and found out that was not the reason. The staff is rude and uncaring that your time does not matter to them. They don’t care that you waited 3 weeks for an appointment or care about getting you back in without having to wait 3 more.

No one ever enjoys having to go to the doctor, but when you have to go, you have to go. I managed to scour the Unilocal listings and found my way to calling their office for an appointment. They did not have an immediate appointment available, but we were able to schedule one for the following day. I see Ginger Lane, and have not seen any of the doctors there.
She has great bedside manner and was directing her advice toward me.

I enjoy coming here I can sometimes get an appointment within 2 days I always see ginger lane she’s really good makes me feel comfortable I called Monday 10⁄2214 to make an appointment and I didn’t get through till 3 hours later which is ridiculous they need another appointment scheduler and the staff is rude at times .,

My family has been going to DFMoGV for about six years now. We always see their PA, Ginger Lane, and she is fantastic. She really spends the time to get to know you, research what your issue is, and I just don’t have enough nice things to say about her.
Four stars because the office staff tends to be a little rude sometimes and there can be long wait periods but that’s easily remedied by getting an early morning appointment.
I recommend this practice to all my friends.

Do NOT go here. The doctors are good enough but the wait time to get in the room is at least 30 minutes each time. Check in: 10:35, appt time: 10:45, time now 11:27. KMN!
Update: they called and said I couldn’t be seen there because I had missed 1 appointment in 2009 and 2010 and and 2013. How rude is that? No customer relations at all.
