Don’t buy from this shitty website! So I wanted a part for my rear camera for my iphone 6s. It took so long for it to come, guess what?! it DIDN’T WORK! So I told them about the situation, and they say buy another one from the website and send the part that does not work back to us.(Even though I have 30 day warranty). This means I would pay for another part, and pay for the shipment. Now they stopped replying to my emails. The parts does not work!!! ”

Bought 2 motorola X Gen 2 lcd/digitizers for XT1093 order numbers 155975 and 160872 part #2−0 – 1929 tested and and functioned properly. I attached to OEM frame and installed on device. Part sits too high in the mid frame it rocks back and forth on top of frame and when you screw it down the OEM frame pulls away from digitizer causing a pop up. After sending part back and working with customer service credit was issued.

This company bent over backwards to take care of a situation with a lost Ipod battery shipment(2). First of all they trusted me when I stated to Fixez I had not received the battery. They asked to do a bit of research(this is fair). Second they quickly responded to my inquiries. The first battery shipment may have been an oversight on the part of , but they owned the problem and took accountability with the goal of resolving the issue. The second lost battery was the fault of my local post office, even then was still were there to assist me. Amazing! The cost of the battery was only $ 7.00. Great Customer service. Will refer to and repeat my business with them.

If i could give 0 stars i would. The company was not easy to provide any assistance. I asked for 2 day shipment but the package was not postmarked until 3 days after i ordered it so i got it 5 days after i ordered it. The return policy is structured so they do not refund any package. Ever time i emailed this company. I received a response 12 hours later in the early am around 2am.
There are so many other companies out there that will provide the exact same product with much better support.

I have been using Fixez for about a year and a half now to get my repair parts. I never have had a problem with any parts I ordered. Parts always delivered when they should. And finely customer support is okay. Sometimes it is hard to have someone answer when I call about a issue but once I get someone they take care of my issue promptly.
