My wireless consultant James did an amazing job. I would recommend this store to all my friends and family. He really took the time to make sure I understood how to use my phone and was comfortable before I left. Very patient and helpful

My wireless consultant Nick was very friendly and helpful. He stayed on the phone with Verizon customer service for 2 hours for us. Even though verizon itself wouldn’t help us in anyway, he still argued with Verizon customer service and fought for us. The joke is that he had just gone through a training where verizon teaches them to do everything they can to keep a customer who wants to leave (me) and that if they exhaust all their resources then to contact a department that will do something to help the customer stay, but according to the Verizon person on the phone, there is no such department and there is nothing they can do to prevent a customer of 9 years from leaving and switching to amother company. I give Nick 5 stars for working his hardest to help us in every way but verizon itself doesn’t deserve a half star.

My rep, Savanah Carini was amazing! Prompt service, able to effortlessly attend to several different customers at once, very personable and knowledgeable. She helped solve my problems which was crucial, as I am leaving the country tomorrow. Needed my phone, for sure! Thank you Savanah. :)
