Okay, I know there have been other reviewers leaving reviews about a very specific event that may or may not have occurred. I can only comment on our experience, which has been wonderful! We’ve stored an RV with this location since April of 2014. Will has always been overly accommodating to our family, and above all else very kind. It’s been a pleasure storing our RV here, and we will continue to do so, indefinitely. We’ve even entertained other facilities at lesser rates (GV doesn’t have the lowest rates, but they also have the most straight forward pricing! No bait and switch, contracts, etc.) but in the end always feel most comfortable here! The location is great if you’re an RV-​er, considering the next plaza (walking distance) has a Target, Sprout’s, and Petco!

Assholes! My mom had a unit here for 10 years and apparently one months check hadn’t arrived yet. So as she tried to leave one Saturday they locked the gate and wouldn’t let her out! They told her she was trespassing and were rude and condescending. My mom is 72 and wealthy! It’s not like she can’t pay or has ever not paid! It was 100 degrees and she has health problems and they detained her until she paid, which will be double pay since she already mailed a check. We will be moving her to a different storage facility. one without an $ 8/​hr dirty long-​haired not-​doing-​anything-​with –my-​college-​degree power junkie employee.
