The instructors are the most amazing people you’ll ever encounter! fist able, they welcome you to the family with open arms and then they take the journey to keep everyone motivated to see results! they are always side by side on your way of success! it’s awesome! the facility is super clean and the environment is amazing! I had my first class this a. m at 9:30. Great workout! used ever muscle I can think of. Instructor and owner very attentive and interactive with whole class. (One on one) I felt great motivation non stop! Great cardio. I loved every second of class! I felt burn, heart going and sweat. Felt great after! Highly recommend to every and anyone.

I’ve never done kickboxing before now & I can say after a few classes it’s been nothing short of awesome. The instructors are so encouraging & really push you to do your best. I love how active & involved the classes are & everyone that attends makes it easy to find your place easily! Glad I found the groupon to introduce me to such a cool place!

Nice facility and friendly staff. The workout is tough at first but it gets better. The staff motivate you to do your best and they help with technique. The price is on the expensive side, but the quality of the class really pays off. I decided to bite the bullet and spend the money so I can finally get fit because nothing else I tried held my attention and motivated me as much as this place. I definitely recommend.

I’ve never had a gym membership because I am so self-​conscious but at I Love Kickboxing I have found my home! Nancy, the owner, is so amazing! She is kind and warm and works to make everyone feel welcome. The instructors rock!!! Each of them take time I get I know each customer. The atmosphere is great and keeps you moving. This is by far the most exhausting and amazing workout. It works every single muscle in your body!

Tried them out for a friends Birthday. It was such a great work out and so much fun. Loved the set up and coaches. Great prices but budget was stretched. Plan to sign up once get some things in order.

I Love Kickboxing will knock you on your ass, but everyone there wants to help you get back up.
I bought a three-​class tryout package, and the classes are all set up fairly similarly — 15 minute warmup and 45 minutes of various kickboxing rounds. For your first class, the staff pairs you with a trainer to teach you the basic moves and encourage you through everything, which is helpful. While I am not new to working out, that warmup was ROUGH. I thought I was going to throw up or walk out, but the staff sat with me while I cooled down and helped motivate me to go back out and try what I could when I felt better. I’ve seriously never met nicer people who truly do want to see you succeed at something new.
I was more prepared for my second class, and took the warmup much slower than everyone else so I could focus on the kickboxing stuff. It feels seriously amazing to punch and kick your frustrations away! I would highly recommend taking your first (or all) warmups slowly/​cautiously so you can experience the reason why you came to kickboxing.
The downside is the price. They don’t offer walk-​in/​drop-​in classes, and even the cheapest package (for a 35-​class punch card) will cost you between $ 450-​$ 600. Is what you get outta the class worth that kind of cost? I am still trying to decide, but I WOULD recommend checking them out on a Groupon sort of deal and seeing what the classes and people are like. Seriously — they are SO nice!

I attended the first class at I LoveKickboxing in Henderson after my first class I signed up for a membership because I fell in love with the classes. Classes are never boring here, the instructors are great. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to lose weight.

This place is life changing! I’ve done every workout program, been to every gym, and this place is hands down the best thing I’ve done for myself! Everyone is extremely friendly. The instructors know what they’re doing, they’re watching you to make sure you have good form, and they actually care! As well as the people who go to classes, they’re so nice and everyone is one big happy family! I love this place!

Fun atmosphere! New and clean! Free bottle of water for every ‘check in’ on social media! Towels are provided at every session! Men and women locker rooms! (BYOLock) Nancy, Mona, and Sabrina are beast! I have yet to take the other classes the mensss teach but I know it’s probably as fun.
Bumpn loud music throughout the class makes it much easier to work out. You won’t want to keep still with lil john on the background singin SHOT SHOT SHOT SHOT EVERYBODYYYYY.
