If I can give it a zero star I would. The supervision here. well that’s it. it’s lacked ! My child attended this location for 3 weeks. only going 3 days a week. My daughter is 5. and for some reason the staff couldn’t grasp my requests. My daughter came home telling me every day a new story. from bullying to taking her food to even stealing her lanyard from around her neck !! .The final straw was a Friday evening she told me another girl tickles her where she pees. a few times picking her up a few children in her age group (5 – 6) have run out the front doors and BGC is okay with it, being an open door policy. Not cool for a 5 or 6 year old to make a decision to walk out of a front door into the world. I took the issues up with parents staff and the director and even her boss !!! Best thing he could do was switch us to the Southern Highlands Location. I will be contacting the news to look into it.
